This plate called 'The Lolladoff plate' is a 12,000 year old stone dish found in Nepal. It clearly shows a disk shaped UFO (top of pic, hard to see from the angle of the plate however). There is also a figure on the disc looking remarkably similar to a Grey alien. Notice the spiral galaxy shape as well, with the alien inside it and the ufo at the beginning of it.

On the way to the very inaccessible region to the northeast of the Himalaya, the english scientist was abandoned by his tibetian carriers - they were terribly afraid of Baian-Kara-Ula - and only with tremendous effort did he manage to reach his destination.

After having won the faith of the locals, Dr. Karyl Robin-Evans was assigned a language-teacher in order to introduce him to the basics of the Dzopa-language and so he learned from Lurgan-La, religious guardian of the Dzopa, the history of the Dzopa. Lurgan-La pointed out that they (Dzopa) originally came from a planet in the Sirius-system. There had been - about 20.000 years ago and again in the year 1014 - two exploration missions to earth. In 1014 the crash took place that lead to the accidents survivors being unable to leave earth again.

1968: W. Saitsew & Prof. Tsum Um Nui

In 1968 the Russian scientist W. Saitsewpublished a sensational paper which raised a lot of interest in the subject of extraterrestrials visiting earth in the past. Some of the information presented in his paper were based on the work which Prof. Tsum Um Nui did in 1962.

In the borderland between Tibet and China there is the cave region of the Baian-Kara-Ula mountains. 25 years ago, remarkable finds of tablets with writing and hieroglyphics were made there. Several thousand years ago a people whose looks chinese archeologists are only vaguely familiar with, had been cutting phonograph record like stonedisks out of the hardest granite with a set of completely unkown tools.

The 716 stonedisks found so far also have a hole in their center just as phonograph records do. From there, spiraling out towards the rim, are double-grooves. These grooves of course are not like sound-tracks but rather the most peculiar writing-system which has ever been found in China and possibly even the world.

It took archeologists and scientists over two decades to decipher it. The contents are so fantastic that the academy of pre-history in Beijing didn’t want to publish the report of the scientist Prof. Tsum Um Nui at first.

Backed by four colleagues, archeologist Tsum Um Nui stated:

“the groove-writing tells of aerial vehicles which, according to the stonedisks, existed 12.000 years ago”.

In one place it says literally:

“The Dropa came down from the clouds with theirairgliders. Ten times the men, women and children of the Kham hid in the caves until sunrise. Then they understood the signs and saw that the Dropa came in peace this time.”

Finds of the Dropa and Kham races have been made earlier already in these mountain caves. Archeologists were and still are unable to ethnologically assign these only up to 4 ft. 4 in. tall humans. There are no similarities with theChinese, Mongols or Ribetans. One could of course suggest that a few thousand years ago aKham literate was playing a joke, or that it was mere superstition when he was talking about aircrafts.

But then, what does one do about the statement, all sensations excluded, reported in other groove-hieroglyphics of a great mourning about the own airfleet’s destruction during landing in the very inaccessible mountains and the lack of means to rebuild it.

The hieroglyphics of Baian-Kara-Ula appear to be so mysterious to the Chinese archeology that only very careful scientific use has been made of them. On one occasion a sensational discovery had been made. The disks contain a lot of cobalt and other metals.

When testing a disk with an oscillograph a surprising oscillation rhythm was discovered, just as if the disks with their groove-writing had once been charged or had functioned as electrical conductors. Nobody can tell what’s behind these12.000 year old stonedisks.

Assumptions would be too risky and not objective enough. But one is reminded of the ancient chinese tale of the small and slender yellow people who came from the clouds and were shunned by everyone due to their ugliness – large, wide heads and very slender bodies – and hunted by the “men with the quick horses” (Mongols?).

In fact there had been finds of grave – and skeleton remains in the caves from 12.000 years ago and it’s also a fact that these finds, classified as remains of the Dropa and Kham race, carried the signs of a small body frame and very large heads.

The very first archeological reports tell of an extinct mountain gorilla species. But has anyone heard of ordered monkey-graves and writing- tablets? In 1940 the archeologist Chi Pu Tei was widely mocked at for making such a claim. But Chi Pu Tei defended himself by declaring that the stonedisks had been added to the caves by later cultures.

The Dropa Stones

The story of one of the most mysterious archaeological finds of all time.

The story of the Dropa Stones, or more accurately the Dropa Discs begins in the summer of 1938, when a Chinese archaeological expedition begins mapping a series of interlocking caves in a part of the Himilayan Mountains called the Baian Kara Ula Mountains, between the border that divides China and Tibet. The expedition was being led by a Dr. Chi Pu Tei, when they stumbled across a remarkable find. In some of the strange caves Chi Pu Tei, a professor of archaeology at Beijing University, and his students were on an expedition to explore a series of caves in the pathless Himalayan mountains of the remote Bayan-Kara-Ula in Qinghai on the border of China and Tibet. The caves may have been artificially carved to be a system of tunnels and underground storerooms. The walls were squared and glazed, as if cut into the mountain with great heat. There were there neat lines of graves, and buried in these graves were the remains of a strange people. Averaging about 4 feet in height, they had long spindly limbs and round, large oversized heads. The researchers speculated that they were the remains of apes, but who ever heard of apes burying apes ? . More recently it has been suggested that these are the remains of aliens, grey type beings, as we shall see why. As well in other caves there were discovered cave drawings, pictograms of the heavens. The drawings have been carbon dated as being between 10 and 12 thousand years old (reportedly). Then a researcher stumbled across a strange, hand crafted stone disc. It was 9 inches in diameter (approximately), with a 3/4 inch perfectly round hole in the center of the disc.

This disc was also found to have a “groove” spiraling outward from the center, tightly wound like a Fred Flintstone phonograph album. However, upon further inspection, the groove was found to be no groove at all, but rather a continuous line of written characters or hieroglyphics, unlike any ever seen before. The writing was almost microscopic. In all, 716 of these discs were recovered, ranging in size from several inches to several feet. Nevertheless, the discs and their undeciphered messages sat in the basement of Beijing University. At his point I would like to make two sidenotes. 1. There are unsubstantiated reports (at this time) that the chambers the skeletons, pictograms and discs were in were squared off and gave the appearance of having been created by intense heat melting them. The second one is I personally do not feel that the age of the drawings on the walls can confirm the age of the discs conclusively..

There may have been attempts to decipher the writing between the time they were discovered and 1962, when another Chinese scientist claimed to have unraveled the mystery of the inscriptions. Dr. Tsum Um Nui claimed to do just that, and if his findings are correct, the discs describe possibly our planets first encounters with an alien civilization. Yet the fact is, the stones may well be almost 12,000 years old, and many of the characters were either worn away or were hardly discernable. Yet Dr. Nui transcribed the characters to paper, and after much research, claimed to have decoded the messages. He said the story on the disc describe an alien spaceship crash landing in the mountains, and the occupants initially being met with fear by the tribe known as the Hams. They told the story of the crash-landing of the Dropa spaceship and the killing of most of the survivors by local people. He goes on to say that eventually the aliens made peace with the Hams. According to Tsum Um Nui, one of the lines of the hieroglyphs reads, “The Dropas came down from the clouds in their aircraft. Our men, women and children hid in the caves ten times before sunrise. When at last they understood the sign language of the Dropas, they realized that the newcomers had peaceful intentions . . . .” Another section expresses “regret” by the Ham that the aliens’ craft had crash-landed in such a remote and inaccessible mountain range and that there had been no way to building a new one to enable the Dropas to return to their own planet. Dr. Tsum’s report supposedly appeared in a professional journal in 1962. He was subsequently ridiculed to the point of self-imposed exile in Japan, where he died. Interestingly enough, the isolated area today is inhabited by two tribes of people who call themselves the Ham and the Dropa. They have an average height of 4 feet 2 inches and weigh usually between 38 and 52 pounds. They are yellow skinned with thin bodies and disproportionately large heads. They have very little body hair and have blue irises, unlike most Asians. Make what of it you will, I however doubt that the inhabitants of that area would have been able to reproduce offspring if the original Dropa were indeed alien, which makes me wonder of where their true origins came from. There is also a report that a Russian scientist named W. Saitsew republished the findings of Dr. Nui in 1968. Physically, the stones contained cobalt and other metals, which makes one wonder how primitive people could have inscribed the minute hieroglyphics on such a hard substance.He also tested them

in an oscillograph that produced some more unusual findings. A surprising oscillation rhythm was recorded, as though the discs were once electrically charged or had functioned as electrical conductors. Whatever the true nature of the discs, wherever they came from, they represent a unique challenge to anthropology. If they are man made, how were primitives able to inscribe the discs with such small characters? And if they are indeed the product of extra terrestrials, how profound is that discovery to man kind? If the inhabitants are from under the surface of this planet, why were the “clues” left there? At the very least, the Dropa Stones remain for now one of the greatest mysteries of the unexplained.

Close encounter in the woods as 1979 UFO mystery is investigated again

On a chilly day last month, UFOlogist Ron Halliday and spiritualist medium Gary Gray left their car by the M8 in Livingston, West Lothian, and trudged up Dechmont Law. They were following in the footsteps of forestry worker Robert, or Bob, Taylor, who, in November 1979 maintained he saw an alien spacecraft in a clearing within the forest nearby. Halliday and Gray where there to try and pick up psychic remnants from the encounter and work out just what happened that lonely November morning.
The Dechmont Woods Encounter, as it became known, remains of interest because of the reliability of the witness testimony, and also because it was the first suspected UFO case ever to be investigated by police.
Taylor was checking up on some saplings in the forest that day, when he arrived at a small clearing. There he says he saw a circular object, six meters in diameter, hovering above the forest floor. It was metallic and semi-transparent, and as he watched two smaller spheres detached themselves from the main object and floated towards him. He felt something grabbing his legs as the two spheres took hold of him and began to drag him closer to the “mother ship”. An acrid stench hissed out from the spheres and Taylor began to choke. As he was dragged closer he lost consciousness.
He awoke 20 minutes later. The clearing was now empty. Unable to talk, and covered in scratches, he dragged himself to his car and managed to drive home where his wife, disturbed by his condition, called the police. They visited the scene, convinced that Taylor had been assaulted by someone unknown, and found heavy indentations on the floor of the clearing. Having carefully checked the rest of the crime scene, they declared themselves “completely baffled”. They took away his trousers for forensic analysis, but could not determine what had made the holes in them, or what had attacked Taylor.
Both Halliday and Gray re-traced the forestry worker’s journey in the hope of picking up something from the site that might give them clues about what had happened. As they drew closer to the clearing, overgrown and less open than it had been in 1979, Gray began to suffer chest pains and heavy breathing. This, he says, was him beginning to pick up Taylor’s vibrations, experiencing through him the emphysema that eventually killed Taylor many years after the event.
Then Gray was drawn to a mound, where he says he felt the full impact of what Taylor had experienced that day. It began with static and vibrations. “My feet were stuck to the ground and the pain in my legs was tremendous,” says Gray. The pain, Halliday later told him, was right where Taylor had been pinned and grabbed by the two spheres.
Frozen in place, Gray let Taylor’s vibrations take him over.
“I have never experienced the fear of God like that before,” he says. “Never in any of my haunting or poltergeist experiences. It was an energy that I have never experienced before.”
Halliday found the visit to the site fascinating. Although not psychic himself, he grew up around a grandmother who was “forever seeing ghosts round the house”. He had previously met Taylor and was struck by the man’s demeanour. “He never changed his story. He thought it was an amazing experience, but he didn’t dwell on it.
“Bob seemed to see something out of this world. Where it came from, a craft from miles and miles away or from another dimension, who knows?”
Halliday believes that whatever happened at Dechmont Law, it was centered around the mound. It is here, he says, that the energy emanated and which attracted whatever it was to the clearing.
Gray can’t add much more, having felt Taylor’s fear, but not seeing what he saw. However, he is in no doubt that it is a place of interest. “There is something different to the energy here,” he explains. “It is from a different dimension, not from this world or the next.”
Neither Halliday nor Gray can say what happened in 1979. But they are both convinced of one thing. “Whatever happened here,” says Gray, “it has happened before and after. It is very much a live place of interest to something.”

MoD to destroy future UFO reports

The Ministry of Defence will destroy all future UFO reports it receives so it does not have to make them public, a previously secret memo reveals.
Britain's official UFO investigation unit and hotline were closed down at the start of December.
Since then reports of strange sights in the skies sent to the MoD have been kept for 30 days before being thrown out, the newly released policy document shows.
This stance was adopted so defence officials would not have to publish the information in response to freedom of information (FoI) requests or pass it to the National Archives.
The memo, dated November 11, 2009, sets out the MoD's reasons for shutting its UFO unit and ceasing to invite the public to send in details of sightings.
It notes that the number of reports the department received soared last year, taking up extra resources and diverting staff from "more valuable" defence-related activities.
The MoD recorded 634 UFO sightings in 2009, the second highest annual total after 1978, when there were 750, according to UFO expert Dr David Clarke.
This compares with an average of about 150 reports a year over the past decade.
The memo states: "The dedicated UFO hotline answer phone service and e-mail address serve no defence purpose, and merely encourage the generation of correspondence of no defence value.
"Accordingly these facilities should be withdrawn as soon as possible."

Record number of Albertans report UFOs - 157 sightings recorded in the province last year

CALGARY - From fireballs to flying saucers, Alberta is a hot spot for extraterrestrial tourists.

A study of Canadian UFO sightings suggests a record number of people in the province spotted mysterious objects zooming through the sky last year.

From unusual lights to unexplained aircraft manoeuvring in mid-air, "Albertans are definitely seeing some unusual things," said Chris Rutkowski, a Winnipeg-based "ufologist" who has spent the past two decades studying reports filed by more than 15,000 witnesses coast to coast.

The number of UFO sightings in Alberta last year was the highest ever, with 157 residents spotting unusual celestial activities.

That doesn't surprise Rutkowski, who believes a combination of factors, including the ease with which people can report their observations to UFO-themed websites, has contributed to the uptick.

Flying saucers -- once the standard mode of transport for alien life forms--have apparently fallen out of vogue, with more people characterizing their observations as a fireball or mysterious blob.

"It's not egg-shaped, spherical or triangular in shape, but something with protrusions and the lights seem to change shape as you're watching," said Rutkowski. "The Hollywoodstyle flying saucer is really passe, in some ways."

Numerous sightings occurred in Calgary, including one in December, in which two people reportedly saw a yellow object moving over the city at 11 a. m. It was small and witnesses said it didn't behave like an aircraft.

A week earlier, another person allegedly saw a UFO-like object following a helicopter at 8:12 p. m.

Calgarian Jim Moroney spends much of his spare time meticulously logging these sorts of extraterrestrial encounters for his Alberta UFO Study Group, an organization that keeps track of sightings it deems credible.

People were once shy to come forward for fear of being ridiculed but they're increasingly comfortable sharing their stories, said Moroney.

That could explain the recent spike in the number of reported sightings --not just in Alberta, but across the country, he noted.

There were 1,004 UFOs recorded in Canada last year, compared with 141 in 1989.

"The public is demanding more open discussion and debate around the issue," said Moroney.

"It's one of the reasons why I maintain a website to allow for a venue for people to report sightings."

Of the 8,600 unusual observations logged in Canada during the past two decades, about 14 per cent were deemed "unexplained," meaning they don't seem to be aircraft or fireballs.

Skeptics say weather is often a factor in many mysterious sightings -- and lenticular clouds are a frequent culprit in Alberta.

"They are saucer-shaped and usually occur along the foothills," said Global TV weather expert Paul Dunphy.

"People that really want to believe in UFOs have in the past reported seeing a bunch of them hovering near the horizon for hours."

But if more people are catching a glimpse of visiting aliens, they aren't reporting it to the UFO Sightings Hotline in St. Paul.

The northern Alberta town--famous for its 12-metre-high landing pad for flying saucers -- has recorded a steady drop in calls over the years.

"This area used to be quite active. Maybe it's getting old," said tourist information officer Duane Zaraska.

The majority of UFO sightings are actually stars and planets, admits Rutkowski -- but some are less clear.

"There are always a residual number each year that we simply can't explain," he said.

He estimates that one in 10 Canadians have spotted a UFO-like object in their lifetime and many cases go unreported.

Honolulu Exopolitics Examiner: Will Truth Commission expose 9-11 & UFO secrets?

On March 3, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, Senator Patrick Leahy, held a hearing on creating a nonpartisan "commission of inquiry" to investigate wrongdoing during the eight years of the Bush administration. The proposed “Truth Commission” focuses on a number of areas since 9-11 where the Bush administration broke the law in the "war against terrorism". According to a statement released by Leahy, “Nothing has done more to damage America’s place in the world than the revelation that this Nation stretched the law and the bounds of executive power to authorize torture and cruel treatment.” Six expert witnesses spoke at the hearing on behalf of or against Leahy’s proposed Truth Commission which he believes will help restore America’s “moral leadership.” Leahy’s proposal needs to be expanded to investigate all wrong doing in the Bush administration. A Truth Commission with a broad mandate can expose many areas in addition to those pointed out by Leahy where laws were violated in classified programs. Getting witnesses to emerge to reveal these violations has the potential to expose many secrets, including unanswered questions about 9-11 and the facts behind the UFO phenomenon.

Leahy’s proposal is a compromise between those wanting Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate wrong doing during the Bush administration, and those seeking, in the words of Leahy, to “obstruct and delay” such an investigation. Leahy further elaborated on the merits of his “middle ground” position:

Over the last month, I have suggested a middle ground to get to the truth of what went on during the last several years, in a way that invites cooperation. I believe that that might best be accomplished though a nonpartisan commission of inquiry…. Such a commission of inquiry would shed light on what mistakes were made so that we can learn from these errors and not repeat them.”

If a Truth Commission goes ahead, then former Bush administration officials are given amnesty to testify about all they knew. According to Leahy:

People with first-hand knowledge would be invited to come forward and share their experiences and insight, not for purposes of constructing criminal indictments, but to assemble the facts. If needed, such a process could involve subpoena powers, and even authority to obtain immunity to secure information, in order to get to the whole truth. Of course, this avenue would be pursued in consultation with the Justice Department and would not rule out prosecution for perjury."

A Truth Commission will encourage many former officials, in exchange for amnesty, to testify about all they know and did. Many illegal activities can be revealed that occurred in classified programs that provide cover for those authorizing such activities. The idea of restricting a Truth Commission solely to the Bush administration’s policies in dealing with detained prisoners, however, should be dismissed. A much broader mandate is needed.

While a Truth Commission will allow the truth to emerge, it also wrong doers an escape strategy from potential prosecution. This will upset some since the historical results of Truth Commissions have been mixed. Critics of Leahy’s Truth Commission view it as unnecessary since the Department of Justice has all the power it needs to conduct an investigation and to prosecute wrong doers. When Leahy first proposed his idea of a Truth Commission at Georgetown University in Feb 9, 2009, one of the most trenchant criticisms came from George Washington University Law School Professor, Jonathan Turley. Turley said the proposed Truth Commission is a “shameful” effort to “block the investigation” of “war crimes” by the Bush administration.

Turley and other "Truth Commission" critics overlook the high standards of evidence needed to successfully prosecute criminal cases. For example, the criminal investigation into the leaking of covert CIA officer Valerie Plame's name lasted more than three years (December 2003 - March 2007) and resulted in the conviction of a single person many regard as a scapegoat - Lewis “Scooter” Libby. More senior officials responsible for authorizing Valerie Plame’s name for political purposes were never prosecuted since documentary evidence was hidden and/or destroyed. A Truth Commission would be more likely to have the truth emerge on Bush administration policies since it would not be burdened by the high evidentiary standards needed for criminal prosecution.

If Leahy’s Truth Commission goes ahead with a broader mandate to explore all wrong doing in the Bush administration, then truth will emerge about more issues rather than soley the treatment of terrorism detainees. Three months after President Bush began office on January 20, 2001, a Press Conference was held at the National Press Club in Washington DC., concerning UFOs. Twenty two witnesses came forward on May 9, 2001, to reveal evidence that UFOs are intelligently guided vehicles of possible extraterrestrial origin, and governments are illegally suppressing the release of this information. Four months later, the world was absorbed by events on September 11, and interest in the May 9 UFO Press Conference quickly waned. There has been relatively little interest in a possible relationship between 9-11 and UFO secrets revealed at the May 9, 2001 Press Conference. A Truth Commission will do much to release the secrets behind unanswered questions concerning 9-11 and the truth behind the UFO phenomenon.
