'Humanoid figure' seen near strange beam of light in backyard

A California witnesses’ attention is drawn to a 3-foot-wide beam of light shining down on the backyard February 27, and then sees a “humanoid” figure, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

“The light beam ended up moving towards one of my windows,” the witness stated, “then held there about 3 feet away from it.”

But the witness soon noticed something even odder – “what looked to be a projection on the white flowers on the fruit tree of a head and shoulders of a mottled brown and black reptile humanoid figure.”

After a few minutes, the beam and figure disappeared, and the witness noticed an “out of place” blue-white star moving away.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If Arizona MUFON investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

CA, February 27, 2010 – Beam of bright white light in yard and a projection of something from a blue white scintallating object high in sky. MUFON Case # 22061.

I was reading a book and got a little tired, so I turned off the light and was just relaxing in the dark looking out into our yard. Last night the moon was overhead and lit up my backyard like a spotlight.

But suddenly I noticed, there was a definite separate beam of light about 3 feet across coming straight down in one part of my yard.

The light beam ended up moving towards one of my windows then held there about 3 feet away from it. Our fruit tree in the backyard is covered in bright white flowers right now.

First on the tree I saw what looked like a wave, that caught my eye, like when the heat is coming off the blacktop on a hot summer day. It obscured part of the flowers, but the other flowers and trees in yard were clearly seen.

I have high end energy efficient silvered windows that block 99% of the UV so that was really weird. Then I saw 2 lights in the fruit tree. Little tiny like LED’s bright white, reminded me of when you take a flashlight and see the cat eyes looking back in reflection only much brighter. The lights were about the distance apart that eyes would be.

I noticed because I wear glasses and they projected some light and they reflected off my lenses. Then I saw what looked to be a projection on the white flowers on the fruit tree of a head and shoulders of a mottled brown and black reptile humanoid figure.

It seemed to be mouthing words or something, no nose, reptile like folds where the nose would be, dark yellow eyes, it had a hand? with 3 claws one was bigger than the other 2, it motioned while speaking? Teeth too, little points, they were white so they stood out against the color of the mouth. I couldn’t hear anything, words or sounds for that matter.

We have a marsh nearby and right now the frogs are mating so it is loud. I didn’t even hear that when this happened. After a few minutes the beam, image and eyes disappeared. I looked outside and saw an out of place blue, white star scintallating and then it disappeared. If that star was projecting something and it hit my window from that angle then it would have hit the spot right there on my fruit tree. Never saw that before.

Despite partial disclosure, Europe's UFO files remain mostly under wraps

In the two years since the French made their top-secret UFO files public, more European nations have declassified documents. But the majority remain tight-lipped with a few refusing to even acknowledge the phenomenon.

On August 4, 1990, an unidentified flying object was seen hovering in daylight near the town of Pitlochry in Scotland. Eyewitnesses stated that the diamond shaped object hung in the sky for about 10 minutes as two military aircraft made a series of low-level passes near it.

Almost three weeks later on August 24, hundreds of tourists and local residents observed formations of luminous spheres for over 30 minutes in the sky near the German city of Greifswald, located close to the coast of the Baltic Sea.

In November of that year, a triangular object was seen by numerous witnesses passing over Saint-Germain in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France. The object moved slowly at low altitude and emitted beams of light towards the ground before eventually speeding away.

All three events have many common factors, most notably that each one remains unexplained to this day. But one - the Greifswald incident - is the odd one out. This is because official documentation on the Pitlochry and Saint-Germain sightings collected by British and French governmental agencies are now available to the public after France and the UK took decisions to open up their UFO files.

Some of the truth is out there

The British and French governments are among a select few in Europe to have declassified previously top secret files and experts believe that, while they may currently be in the minority in revealing their documents, they are certainly not alone in having recorded sightings.

"The French released their UFO files through their space agency in 2007, Britain is mid-way through a 3-4 year program of revealing theirs under the Freedom of Information Act, while the Norwegians and the Danes have already released some files as have the Italians," Nick Pope, a former investigator of UFO reports and sightings with the British MoD and an expert on the topic, told Deutsche Welle. "The UFO phenomenon is a global phenomenon; there are unquestionably sightings all around the world so all European countries will certainly have had UFO sightings."

Germany is one of the many European countries which have not declassified their UFO files. In fact, the German government refuses to even admit that it has any UFO files despite the fact that independent organizations record, on average, between 50 and 100 sightings a year in the skies over Germany.

Germany among those remaining silent on UFO phenomena

"Germany has a high level of UFO sightings," Robert Fleischer, the coordinator for the German Initiative for Exopolitics, told Deutsche Welle.

He said that, since 1974, over 500 so-called "real" UFO cases - reported sightings that, after careful consideration by specialized experts, cannot be related to any conventional information - have been recorded.

"However, there has never been any official recognition by the German government relating to UFOs or UFO activity," Fleischer added. "So if the Germans were to open any files relating to UFOs, all we would find out is that they pass all their information to the Americans."

Most UFO cases reported over Germany were only revealed when US files were made public. Germany's lack of UFO research is possibly due to the fact that "the US assumed that role after the end of World War II, although the Germans have never officially acknowledged this or any interest in UFOs," he said.

European governments aware of unexplained sightings

So what do the files made public by the likes of France and Britain actually tell the public about the UFO phenomenon in Europe?

"What these files don't say is almost more important than what they do say," said Nick Pope. "What they don't say is that we have proof that any of these things are extra-terrestrial. What they do say is that European governments have consistently had these things reported to them, sometimes by reliable witnesses such as police officers and pilots."

Most of the sightings turn out to have conventional explanations, like the misidentification of all kinds of aeronautical and astronomical phenomena, but most European governments which have conducted investigations have found that about five percent of the cases cannot be explained, added Pope.

While neither Nick Pope nor Robert Fleischer could guarantee that the initial European declassifications would eventually pressure all EU governments into opening their files, they both agreed that the revelations made public by those countries willing to divulge information could only improve research into a phenomenon that they believe is an issue for every nation.

Partial declassification giving subject more credibility

"I think this disclosure will lead to a greater understanding of the UFO phenomenon," said Pope. "The release of these files shows that governments do have information and if they liaise with each other, we may get further down the line to explaining this mystery because they all have a little piece of the puzzle. Unfortunately liaison is not common in this field."

However, the declassification may be discrediting some common UFO myths and lend credibility to sighting claims.

"When you read about sightings in governmental files from all around Europe with testimonies from military pilots, commercial airline pilots, and radar reports which show these things performing maneuvers and speeds that are way beyond our capabilities, it changes the nature of the debate from an underground anomaly to a mainstream issue," said Pope,"and that has to be a good thing."

'UFO flew over my home'

A woman was left awestruck after a "UFO" flew over her house.

Grace Robinson, 50, of Wheelers Way, Little Eversden, contacted the News to ask if anyone else had seen the blindingly bright white light that flew over her home on July 2 at about 11.20pm.

Mrs Robinson said: "I have a lung condition and haven't been out of the house much recently, but I'd just stepped out into the front garden for a bit of peace and quiet when this light suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"I did think about going and grabbing my phone to get some pictures, but I didn't want to leave as I genuinely thought I was seeing a plane disaster in action.

"But it was when it went over the roof of my bungalow I realised it wasn't trailing flames in any way - it was just a bright white light silently moving across the sky, but at the speed you would expect an aircraft to move at.

"I had no idea whatsoever of what it could be and I'm really curious now.

"I know it was that time because a friend was supposed to be joining me and once I'd seen it I rang her, because I needed to tell somebody.

"I tell you, my heart sank because I honestly thought I was going to be a witness to an air disaster.

"All I could see was that it was white and the only way I can describe it was seeing something, like on a film, going through the atmosphere and burning up. There was no sound, no tail on it, nothing. I was awestruck and I never believed in UFOs but now I am not so sure."

Brian Lister, chairman of the Cambridge Astronomical Association, says he very much doubts it was a UFO.

He said: "It is possible she saw the International Space Station with light reflecting off it. It was a clear night on Thursday and it is often possible to see it and it is much brighter than the stars.

"Another possible explanation is an iridium flare from a satellite which again is all to do with light reflecting off antennae on satellites creating a very bright flash of light.

"The third possibility is an earthquake light - especially as there was an earthquake in the North Sea that night - where quartz in the ground reflects light which can range in colour from blue to orange."

There has been an increase in triangular-shaped UFO reports coming in over the past couple of days. While the reports are scattered from all across the U.S., there are some similarities in descriptions. Many people are reporting that the lights seem foggy, hazy, and dim, while the objects appear to be somewhat transparent. The trend continued yesterday (April 16), including the following reports just received......

Bridgeport, Ohio - 4/16/2009

Witness observed lights in a triangular formation traveling west to east. The object was silent and moving very quickly, but was lower, faster and much larger than the normal air traffic coming to and from Pittsburgh International Airport. There were three very faint white lights at each corner.

Englewood, Colorado - 4/16/2009

Two witnesses described seeing a fuzzy, hazy, or possibly transparent object that appeared to be gliding, or being "pulled" along, not propelled, or pushed through the air. The object seemed to be floating, and moved from side to side. It flew across the sky and then over the house and out of view. The object had seven circles, or spheres, in the formation of two sides of a triangle - one at the point, and three on each side. The lights really didn't seem to be lit, but rather dimly glowing, or reflecting light from the city. There was also an appearance of a "shadow" filling in the rest of the triangle, similar to being "cloaked".

Poughkeepsie, New York - 4/16/2009

Several witnesses reported seeing an object with the appearance of an inverted "V", with the point traveling forward. It was made up of five individual lights on each side. The lights appeared to form a single object and traveled at a very odd speed, sliding across the sky with no resistance. The object also appeared to be transparent as the witness couldn't distinguish between the night sky and the object, other than the lights moving in the V pattern.

Los Angeles, California - 4/16/2009

Witness observed a huge triangular-shaped object ,with dim (foggy) lights along the edge, fly overhead. The witness emphasized the size of the object, claiming that it had to be 5-6 times the size of a conventional commercial airliner. The object traveled very slowly towards the west, and the witness could not detect any noise.

Pasadena, Maryland - 4/16/2009

Witness was awakened at approximately 3:00 a.m. to a strange humming sound. The witness described the sound as being similar to a street sweeper in the distance, or a humming sound emitted by an electrical transformer. Upon looking out a bedroom window, the witness observed a black, diamond, boomerang-shaped object drifting over the tree line. There was no light coming from the object, just blackness and a constant humming. The witness further stated that they felt very strange immediately following the event, complaining of back and chest pains.

Belfast, Maine - 4/16/2009

Witness observed an object that was triangular-shaped, with three light lights - one at each point of the triangle; and one or two red lights in the center. The object remained in their field of vision for approximately 10-15 seconds. None of the lights were blinking, and the object did seem to emit a sound similar to that of a conventional jet engine, except muffled.

Burnsville, Minnesota - 4/15/2009

Two witnesses noticed six dim lights in the sky, in the shape of a halo. The sky was clear, and the lights seemed to make up some sort of a disk hovering in the air. The object was observed for almost 30 minutes, before the lights finally started to dim.

A fleet of strange glowing orbs seen in the skies above Bradford might boost the district’s claim as one of the coun-try’s UFO hotspots but some believe the real truth is out there.

Sky-watchers in Bradford, Bingley and Keighley have contacted the Telegraph & Argus with reports of up to five red or orange orbs hovering silently in the night sky before quickly disappearing.

Denise Wilson, 52, saw them circling above her home in Moorside, Daisy Hill, Bradford, when she took her dog for a night-time stroll.

But medical secretary Mrs Wilson, in-sisted it was no joke. She said: “There were four round red or orange glowing lights flying in formation, cruising towards me.

“There was no noise and the conditions were absolutely still. There was no wind, it was a bright night and I said to the dog, ‘what the hell is that?’ “I went to tell my neighbour but before I even got there, a fifth one came along. They weren’t flying very high, not as high as planes and then they disappeared above the trees.

“I don’t care what people think of me, I know what I saw and it wasn’t normal and it wasn’t man-made. It was very, very strange, like some-thing out of Close Encounters of the Third Kind!”

Retired solicitor Peter Knight, the widow of film star Pat Kirkwood, also reported seeing 20 red lights in the sky near his home in Bingley.

Lights were also seen by Derek Sped-ding, 60, who was visiting friends in Bingley from his home in Barnsley. He saw strange-coloured objects floating in the air as he drove towards the Five Rise Locks from the town centre.

But Mr Spedding, who was with his wife at the time, said he could have an explanation.

He said: “They were like what we saw in China last year. We were going up the Yangtsze River and a local chap had died. When somebody dies, they send up these little lanterns, with a little light under a kind of small hot-air balloon. It is a mark of respect.”

Will there be 'wild card' extraterrestrial UFO landings worldwide in 2012 or beyond?

There is converging objective predictive evidence, expert opinion, exopolitical policy analysis, and extraterrestrial contactee communications supporting a hypothesis that large scale “wild card” event(s), involving mass extraterrestrial (UFO) sightings or landings over major urban or other visible centers on the planet for peaceful purposes may occur during the period leading up to 2011-12 or beyond.

“Wild card” events are low probability, high impact events

In future studies, John Petersen author of 'Out of The Blue - How to Anticipate Big Future Surprises' defines “wild card” events as “Low Probability, High Impact events that, were they to occur, would severely impact the human condition. A low probability event does not mean, however, that the event cannot be identified and predicted within the parameters of scientific research or expert-based opinion”.

Exopolitics as the science of relations between human civilization and other intelligent civilizations in the Universe, draws on a number of data sources in arriving at conclusions or operating hypotheses about “wild card” events like mass extraterrestrial (UFO) sightings or landings over human urban centers. Assuming it is not a “false flag” event created by a human military intelligence power, an authentic worldwide extraterrestrial (UFO) mass sighting or landing, when and if it would occur, would severely impact the human condition. Extraterrestrial civilizations are stakeholders in the arena of our solar system and the galaxies, and the creation of such a “wild card” mass event is within their power.

Exopolitics & future studies

Exopolitics, like other sciences, can draws upon diverse data sources in reaching conclusions about “wild card” events. Exopolitical data sources can include reports from extraterrestrial contactees with ethical extraterrestrial civilizations; policy analysis of relations between leading human military space powers (such as the United States) and ethical extraterrestrial civilizations now visiting earth; “web.bot” analysis using compilations of internet spiders; and even reports of reverse speech analysis of major announcements by significant human leaders, such as U.S. president Barack Obama. Each of these involves “identifying and predicting an event within the parameters of scientific research or expert-based opinion”.

In this sense, the exopolitical study of a “wild card” extraterrestrial (UFO) mass landing is functionally similar to a futurist’s study of the UFO mass landing “wild card” event. The only difference is that mainstream futurists do not yet include a “UFO mass landing” in their menu of significant “wild card” events because mainstream futurology paradigm excludes the existence the extraterrestrial presence, most probably because of the effect of the 1953 CIA Robertson panel, which excluded extraterrestrial affairs from public discourse under penalty of professional ridicule.

Reverse speech identification & ET/UFO “wild card” event

In the 35-minute radio interview, Jon Kelly reviews how reverse speech analysis of Barack Obama's inaugural address reveals secret, subconscious messages about large-scale extraterrestrial events during the years of the Obama administration. Obama’s first term of office runs through January 20, 2013. If re-elected, he will be in office through January 20, 2017.

The interview covers Kelly's analysis of how George W. Bush's inaugural address of January 20, 2001 revealed subconscious reverse speech secret messages about war - the Iraq war, 2 years before the illegal invasion of Iraq. As opposed to Bush, Obama's subconscious messages are not about war during his administration. Obama’s secret messages are about predominant extraterrestrial events during his presidency.

Jon Kelly vs. David Oates: Interpretation vs. Gatekeeping

Reverse speech expert David Oates began a public attack on Jon Kelly’s analysis shortly after the publication of my original February 20, 2009 Examiner.com article that set out Jon Kelly’s reverse speech analysis of Obama’s inaugural address as predicting a possible ET/UFO wild card event. These attacks by Oates culminated on a broadcast interview on Rense.com with David Oates, in which David sets out a series of methodological objections to Jon’s conclusions about Obama’s reverse speech.

Included in David Oates’ rebuttal is a reverse speech analysis of a fragment from a Barack Obama speech on health care policy. The core problem with David Oates’ analysis is that it supports Jon Kelly’s analysis. There is virtually no distinction between the Oates analysis of Obama reverse speech Oates selects (health care policy) and the Kelly analysis of Obama reverse speech Kelly selects (inaugural address).

Moreover, there may be a history of personal animus between the two parties here (David Oates and Jon Kelly) that precipitated David Oates’ confrontational intervention in a public analysis of a key question of social importance: whether an extraterrestrial UFO wild card event was announced in Barack Obama’s inaugural speech by his subconscious.

Readers can listen both to the ExopoliticsRadio.com interview by Jon Kelly and the Rense.com interview of David Oates, evaluate and make their own decisions about the probability of a future extraterrestrial UFO “wild card” event.

The Rense.com/David Oates interview, in my opinion, unfairly disparages the Jon Kelly reverse speech analysis. Functionally, Rense.com and David Oates attempt to gate keep from the listener’s mind an important future “wild card” event – that of a global “wild card” extraterrestrial event, as announced in Obama’s inaugural address in reverse speech.

One can ask – why does a seemingly petty methodological argument about a frontier science like reverse speech analysis between Kelly and Oates matter? Why does a petty media rivalry between ExopoliticsRadio.com and Rense.com matter?

Well, gate keeping from the U.S. and global public possible reverse speech secret messages from the subconscious of Barack Obama in his inaugural address about what a major dimension encompassing his presidency might be about – extraterrestrial/UFO wild card events or disclosure, matters a great deal.

The issue of gate keeping about a possible “wild card” extraterrestrial UFO event, an event that the secret government has been attempting to suppress, is at stake in the Kelly-Oates debate. Military-intelligence forces attempting to suppress this issue may have recently assassinated at least one important government whistleblower witness to the details of a “wild card” extraterrestrial/UFO landing in 2012.

A major USA radio station, in a mainstream radio news production in the United States, first broadcast Kelly’s Obama reverse speech prediction. Jon Kelly contacted me with the story as a news source because his dial tone was cut off by some external agency the night before the radio interview in the U.S., and he entrusted me with the story as a backup, because I have done radio programs with him on reverse speech and major public figures over the past several years. With his permission, I broke the story in print on Examiner.com after publishing several preliminary articles in my series on the Obama administration and extraterrestrial life to provide historical context and points of reference.

Jon Kelly is a courageous and learned individual and a Canadian who will travel to do media interviews from Canada into the United States despite harassment by military intelligence agencies. U.S. military intelligence will harass persons with inside knowledge on ethical extraterrestrial civilization’s possible “wild card” strategy for 2012. Jon has spent many years studying reverse speech analysis and is a leading expert in the field. His results and historical accuracy speak for themselves.

ET/UFO "wild card" events & journalistic responsibility

To avoid reporting on these possible “wild card” events, as Rense.com and David Oates would have us do would be the height of journalistic and exopolitical irresponsibility. Analysis of the possibility of an ET/UFO wild card event announced by U.S. President Barack Obama is probably one of the most responsible exercises in exopolitical journalism at this moment in history.

In fact, at the deepest level, as observers we may see playing out here in public view of an exopolitical and evolutionary drama. Those who are swayed by the Rense.com-David Oates analysis of Barack Obama’s unconscious reverse speech fall on one side of a future evolutionary dividing line.

Those who reverberate with the ExopoliticsRadio.com-Jon Kelly analysis of the possibility of Obama’s unconscious announcing ethical extraterrestrial “wild card” events in his inaugural (in the same way that George W. Bush announced the Iraq war in his inaugural), fall on some other side of an important evolutionary dividing line. Call it goats versus sheep. It is an ancient karmic drama.

Where do you stand on the issue of a future extraterrestrial UFO “wild card” event? Unimpressed? Uncommitted? Pro ET/UFO “wild card”? Pro Oates? Your own future lies in your choice, perhaps.

Reverse speech analysis is just the beginning of the evidence. There is strong converging evidence from government whistleblowers, from web.bot predictions, from expert opinion, from exopolitical policy analysis, and from extraterrestrial contactee communications that “wild card” global mass extraterrestrial/UFO landings may in fact occur at crucial human population centers around the world, sometime during the Obama years through 2012 or beyond.

What’s it like to talk freely about a state secret you’ve been forced to live with for 60 years?

“Earl felt like he was out of prison,” recalls Mary Fulford. “He felt like he’d been held for years in a vacuum and finally was released. It was great. The last two years of his life, he was in his glory because he was able to speak up.”

Earl Fulford was one of many who went public two years ago, in a book called “Witness to Roswell” by Don Schmitt and Thomas Carey. He was stationed at Roswell Army Air Field in 1947 when he was ordered into the so-called UFO debris field for cleanup detail. Joined by more than a dozen other grunts, and under the hawk-eyed command of MPs, Fulford described gathering more than a dozen foil-like strips of memory metal, which morphed into their original, wrinkle-free shapes after he crumpled them in his fist.

There’s lots of quixotic speculation on the fringes lately about the prospects for UFO disclosure under the Obama administration. The process would necessarily include amnesty for whistleblowers, but even that could prove tricky.

When the Roswell controversy neared its pitch during the approach of 50-year anniversary festivities, Air Force Secretary Dr. Sheila Widnall authorized waivers for military eyewitnesses to break their security oaths and shed light on the mystery. There were few takers, and not just because so many were dead.

“You’re talking about ‘the greatest generation,’ and they had the fear of God put into them,” says co-author Carey from his home in Huntingdon Valley, Pa. “How many decided to talk because they had amnesty? A handful. That’s all. You could count ‘em on the fingers of one hand.”

Carey says he had to be persistent with Earl Fulford, who died last August at 82. After being hectored into silence by superior officers at RAAF, the WWII veteran was initially suspicious of Widnall’s guarantees and was reluctant to roll.

Mary Fulford, who lives outside the rural Florida panhandle town of Mayo, recalls that her husband of 55 years actually told her about his encounters with the memory metal and his oath of silence roughly a quarter century ago. But their kids stayed in the dark until recently.

“When people started talking about Roswell back in the ‘90s, we’d say stuff about ‘little green men’ and Daddy would say, ‘Look, if it wasn’t a government coverup, why was it covered up?’” recalls son Brad Fulford, who lives near Mom. “But he wouldn’t say anything else.”

The ice began to crack roughly four years ago, when Carey picked up Fulford’s trail, sent him a copy of Widnall’s waiver, and began applying a little pressure. But there’s more to this story than details of the exotic debris recovery on the rolling range outside Roswell. Generally speaking, says Carey, there’s a pattern distinguishing those who’ll talk from those who won’t.

“The higher the rank, the less likely they are to talk,” he says. “A career guy is less likely to talk because he’s got a bigger pension. Yes, they’ve got waivers, but that doesn’t matter to some of them. They’ve lived with it for so long.”

Mary Fulford says Earl’s decision to go public with his role in one of the strangest chapters in American history was as much about resignation as an act of faith. “He said, ‘I’m not going to be around much longer anyway, so what can they do to me?’”

Thus, for a brief shining moment, the old sergeant was able to unburden himself for all who wanted to hear. He wound up on Larry King, addressed audiences at the International UFO Museum & Research Center in Roswell, and died a week or so after returning from Los Angeles to participate in a documentary.

“That was his dream, to go back to Roswell someday,” says Brad Fulford, who nudged his father back to New Mexico by putting the trip on his credit card. “I was so glad I could do that for Daddy.”

Barack Obama’s inaugural speech predicts “extraterrestrial event” on scale of Iraq war, says expert

Canadian speech recognition expert and former CBS radio producer Jon Kelly has subjected a recording of Barack Obama’s inaugural address on the steps on the U.S. capitol on January 20, 2009 to reverse speech analysis. Kelly’s reverse speech analysis (see below), shows that Barack Obama’s inaugural address contains secret messages predicting an extraterrestrial event of global impact on the scale “of the Iraq war” to occur in Obama’s term of office. Elected in 2008, Obama may serve until January 20, 2013 or January 20, 2017, if re-elected to a second term.

The “extraterrestrial event” announced by Obama’s reverse speech in his inaugural address might be of a more positive character than a “UFO alien” invasion. The event may be a global, public display by an extraterrestrial presence, part of a transparent extraterrestrial disclosure undertaken in coordination with an ethical extraterrestrial civilization and the Obama administration and/or by transnational human authorities.

This may be a preferable option we can work toward as a body politic.

An alternative “extraterrestrial event” Obama is announcing in reverse speech may be by an ethical extraterrestrial civilization on its own, or in coordination with citizen groups, showing itself in our skies as it deems the human race to be sufficiently acclimated for such an event.

This alternative may be available to humanity regardless of the actions of the Obama administration or other governments.

The scientific reliability of reverse speech analysis in predicting future events

Thirty investigators will speak at the International UFO Congress February 22-28, 2009 on the need to end government secrecy on UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors.

In October of 1988 on the ABC program "UFO Cover-up: Live," produced by Seilgman Productions, Former Security Manager and Chief of Audio-Visual Requirements Paul Shartle, made a fantastic claim: He said that in May of 1971, at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, an apparently scheduled event took place in which a disc-shaped spacecraft, accompanied briefly by two others, landed. The craft opened, and three apparent extraterrestrials emerged, carrying translators.

Victor Afanasyev, himself a former Soviet cosmonaut, claimed to have seen an unidentified craft while in space in 1979. He said that it had been some seventy to eighty feet away from his craft, and had itself been some one hundred twenty feet in length, with openings and wing-like features. Brigadier-General Arthur Exon, the former commanding officer of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, made a bizarre claim. In Whitley Strieber’s 1998 book Confirmation--The Hard Evidence of Aliens Among Us, the Brigadier-General claimed that in July of 1947, an extraterrestrial craft crashed in New Mexico. He also claimed that both it, as well as what remained of its occupants, were recovered by the US Government.

Former Senator of Arizona Barry Goldwater, in a 1998 Larry King interview, candidly said that he believed that UFOs were a real phenomenon, and that he suspected that the US Government was secretly investigating it.

US President Barack Obama will visit Canada Thursday, on his first trip outside the country, with economic concerns expected to top his agenda. Green energy is of major interest in Michigan, home to the struggling US auto industry, which operates plants in Ontario and generates jobs and income for Canadian workers. There is concern in Ottawa that the massive 787-billion-dollar stimulus plan passed by Congress Friday which Obama is expected to sign into law Tuesday in Denver, Colorado will include mandates to 'Buy American'.

But a bombshell announcement by a Toronto based media watchdog group that the Canadian government has sanctioned access to approximately 9,500 UFO files through a governmental archives website may add a vital item to the discussion agenda: The global economic and environmental imperative to address the presence of UFO craft in increasing numbers world wide in a clear and transparent manner.

The substantial compilation of UFO documents in Canada’s archives represents the single largest disclosure of UFO files to date by a G8 nation. Canada joins England, France, Brazil, Mexico and most recently Denmark in dropping the pretense of denial and opening their UFO/ET files to the public.

The Canadian move serves as an example by America's biggest trading partner that the civilian population can 'handle the truth'. More importantly it is another step down a path Exopolitics observers say will inevitably lead to U.S. admission that some UFOs in fact represent alien craft operating in Earth's biosphere.

Faced with multiple simultaneous crises of economy, energy, environment and a profound mandate for change by the American electorate, Obama must consider that it's time to recognize the existence of non-humans openly operating advanced technology in earth's biosphere for what they are. Denial has become self-caricature at this point. UFO sightings have doubled in England since the U.K MOD opened their files.

Opposing admission is an entrenched military-industrial complex that up until recently wielded enormous power and has vested interests in endless war and endless growth as the basis for economic and social status quo. As former Vice President Dick Cheney once put it, "The American way of life is not negotiable."

That may have been true from an ideological standpoint, but it is demonstrably false as the economic security based among other things on a hydro-carbon fuel economy and astronomical military expenditures has vanished.

Admitting there are UFO's operating in US airspace — a fact obvious to the citizens of Phoenix, Arizona, Stephenville, Texas, the Hudson Valley and observers across the country—is the first step to a reconciliation of American society with the reality of the 21st century. The denial of the obvious, while arguably sensible in 1947, is a policy which has outgrown its usefulness by several decades.

The downside may be a certain amount of culture shock, but America has been shocked to its core by the suddenness and depth of the depression that is removing economic security from the middle and lower class at an alarming rate.

The promise of the Obama administration is new jobs with new technologies that are environmentally friendly, renewable and an energy policy that removes the need to wage war for strategic access to the remaining drops of ancient sunlight. It is also a promise of a government open and transparent in its efforts to be of the people, by the people and for the people. Obama's transition team and adminstration is filled with intelligent people who believe in extraterrestrial diplomacy.

There is little political risk in opening up the government and corporate X-files to public scrutiny. Far more people feel the government is dishonest about the issue than voted for Obama's platform.

Obama was put in office by 52.9% of the popular vote in the 2008 election.

In a 1997 CNN/Time poll, 80 percent of Americans indicated that they think the government is hiding knowledge of the existence of extraterrestrial life forms. Sixty-four percent of the respondents said that aliens have contacted humans.

In a 2002 Roper poll, more than two-thirds of Americans say that the government is not telling the public everything it knows about UFO activity (72 percent) or extraterrestrial life (68 percent).

Opening up the Government and corporate X-files would be a major first step towards the ultimate historic achievement for an American President: The establishment of a cabinet level Department of Extraterrestrial Affairs, opening of diplomatic relations with receptive alien races and the establishment of cultural, economic and technological relations between citizens of Earth and citizens of other planets. Or dimensions, as the case may prove to be.

The President has signaled his intention to dialog with Iran while maintaining a firm stance on the security of the United States in the process.

One cannot help but wonder if a short discussion with Prime Minister Stephen Harper on the Canadian disclosure might give him the impetus to take the bold leadership step that must be taken before he can sit down at the table with a humanoid race from another planet and conduct truly world changing diplomacy.

The President's first international trip would be as good a place as any to begin to establish a global consensus among the G-8 leadership that a united and coherent policy of extraterrestrial diplomacy is in the best strategic interest of not only each member nation, but the entire planet. The peace, energy and environmental benefits of trade and cultural exchange with alien races would be incalculable and might be the only thing more enormous than the scale of the global economic melt-down now facing the planet's leadership.

In that light, it makes perfect sense for the new President to ask the Prime Minister to help formulate world ET diplomatic policy.

Prior to his trip to Canada, President Obama will be in Phoenix to discuss the housing issue and then in Denver to sign the stimulus package. It is perhaps not entirely coincidental that Phoenix and Denver, along with Honolulu in the President's home state, are focal points of the exopolitical movement outside of Washington, D.C.

Canada releases UFO X-Files to the World

The Canadian Government has authorized open public access to thousands of federal government documents concerning UFOs. A total of 9500 digitized documents spanning the years 1947 to the early 1980s have been made available through the Library and Archives Canada website. Titled “Canada's UFOs: The Search for the Unknown” the files include correspondence, reports, memos and procedures, some of which specifically deal with UFOs. The files come from Canada’s National Defense Department, the Department of Transport, the National Research Council, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Canada’s online release of its UFO X-Files follows closely upon the release at the end of January of Denmark's UFO files. Britain continues to release thousands of UFO files through a program of gradual releases it began in May 2007 through its national archives with the most recent being on October 2008. The French Space Agency had earlier announced on March 22, 2007, that it was making public its secret UFO files through a government website.

The important difference between the released Canadian UFO files with other country releases is the inclusion of departmental analyses rather than simply reports of UFO sightings. According to Victor Viggiani from Exopolitics Toronto , who has been monitoring the Canadian Government UFO website since its inception, “The Canadian files do not simply list UFO sightings; they describe actions, meetings and inter-departmental memoranda generated by Canadian officials that attempt to make sense of the considerable onslaught of UFO sightings as well as referencing American problems with keeping abreast of UFO sightings.”

For example, a September 1967 memo titled "Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) - Investigations", was released which stated:

a number of investigations of the reports suggest the possibility of UFOs exhibiting some unique scientific information or advanced technology which could possibly contribute to scientific or technical research.

Another memo details a UFO sighting at Shag Harbor witnessed by member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and six civilian witnesses on the night of October 4, 1967. The memo describes how “[w]itnesses reported seeing an object 60 feet in length moving in an easterly direction before it descended rapidly into the water, making a bright splash on impact.” The report continued: “A single white light appeared on the surface of the water for a short period of time. The RCMP, with help from local fishermen and their boats, endeavoured to reach the object before it sank completely.”

Undoubtedly the most significant documents are those associated with a 1950-1952 classified investigation and analysis of UFOs by a Department of Transportation team led by Wilbert Smith, a senior radio engineer. In his Project Magnet Report, Smith commented extensively on the flight performance of UFOs that were far in advance to anything known at the time:

… it is difficult to reconcile this performance with the capabilities of our technology, and unless the technology of some terrestrial nation is much more advanced than is generally known, we are forced to the conclusion that the vehicles are probably extra-terrestrial, in spite of our prejudices to the contrary."

Not all of the information made available through the Canadian archives is completely new to UFO researchers - many having been released in the 1980s in 16mm microfilm form through libraries in Canada and the U.S. The Library and Archive website, however, now provides a comprehensive online resource for the world public and media to scrutinize the Canadian Government UFO X-Files. Canada first began to release UFO files through its online archive in October 2007, and these have quickly increased to its present level of 9500 files. Canada therefore joins a select group of countries that have so far publicly released UFO files through government sponsored websites. As President Obama heads to Canada on February 19, he could take time from his busy schedule to ask Prime Minister Steven Harper for tips on how the U.S. might release to the public its own classified UFO X-Files.

Hillary Clinton desire for UFO & extraterrestrial diplomacy

When 12 years old, Hillary Clinton wrote a letter to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration on how to apply to be an astronaut. She received a reply from NASA that women were not admitted into the astronaut corps. In the 1990s, during her White House years, Hillary participated in a clandestine effort by the Clinton administration to find out the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Clinton administration efforts to be officially briefed were unsuccessful. FOIA documents requested by Grant Cameron, a Canadian UFO researcher, show the Clintons instead received an informal briefing by billionaire philanthropist Laurence Rockefeller. After her unsuccessful presidential bid and offer by President-Elect Obama to be Secretary of State, former President Bill Clinton revealed that becoming the nation’s chief diplomat was Hillary’s life long dream. All these background facts suggest Hillary Clinton desires to conduct diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial life.

Hillary Clinton is likely to continue her clandestine efforts to be officially briefed about extraterrestrial life. As the nation’s top diplomat, she has excellent prospects in gaining access to classified X-files within the State Department concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life. If she succeeds, she will be surprised to learn that diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial life have already occurred during the Eisenhower administration.

In 1954,compelling evidence exists that President Dwight Eisenhower conducted face-to-face nuclear diplomacy with extraterrestrials concerned about U.S. nuclear testing. On February 20, nine days before the detonation of the largest ever Hydrogen bomb test on March 1, Eisenhower was secretly taken to Edwards Air Force base for a highly classified meeting with representatives from another planet. The meeting was so classified that the entire base was shut down for a three day period and a cover story was developed to account for Eisenhower’s absence. Hearing reports of something strange happening at Edwards AFB, a reporter from the Los Angeles Times both tried to fly and drive to the base. Both times he was rebuffed by Edwards AFB security that told him the base was closed. Base closures are very rare for the U.S. Air Force, and an unprecedented event in the history of Edwards AFB (formerly Muroc Army Air Field).

Many witnesses have come forward to reveal aspects of Eisenhower meeting with ambassadors from another world on February 20, 1954. If nuclear diplomacy was indeed the topic of the discussions, the detonation of the Bravo Hydrogen bomb on March 1 signified the failure of the talks. The detonation of the Hydrogen bomb and the talk’s failure must have come as a great disappointment to President Eisenhower. Less three months earlier, on December 8, 1953, he gave his famous Atoms for Peace speech at the United Nations General Assembly. He proposed that the UN take control of the world’s nuclear stockpile and use it for peaceful purposes. At the upcoming International UFO Congress, in Laughlin Nevada (February 22-28), I will show how Eisenhower’s Atoms for Peace Speech was very likely influenced by his knowledge of extraterrestrial concern over radiation from nuclear weapons testing.

In just under two weeks, the 55th anniversary of the alleged Eisenhower meeting with extraterrestrials will occur. A conclusive answer to whether the meeting occurred or not will be found in the State Department’s X-Files. Hillary is likely to be surprised at what she finds. While Hillary never became an astronaut, she may soon succeed with her secret desire for UFO and extraterrestrial diplomacy.
