Hysteria drives UFO gatekeepers debunking exopolitics pioneers

A new breed of UFOlogist has emerged as critics of the burgeoning exopolitics movement. It’s no surprise that in the lead up and success of the world’s first Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona, Spain, that UFOlogists would increasingly perceive exopolitics as an existential threat. The existential threat, according to UFOlogists acting as gatekeepers for “legitimate UFO research,” is that exopoliticians mix reliable with unreliable UFO sources in their analyses. Indeed, this mixing of reliable and unreliable sources leads to a special form of hysteria among gatekeepers of legitimate UFO research. Existential hysteria leads to UFOlogical gatekeepers claiming in all seriousness that exopolitics has become the main obstacle to genuine UFO disclosure. The reality is that after six decades of earnest activity, UFOlogy has failed to take humanity to the promised land of genuine government disclosure of UFOs, and a new set of pioneers have stepped in to light the way. These exopolitical pioneers believe that a nuanced consideration of ALL evidentiary sources and related political processes will expose the truth behind the extraterrestrial hypothesis – that some UFOs are interplanetary in origin.

Speakers at European Exopolitics Summit

UFOlogy is broadly defined as a field dominated by those believing in the scientific study of the UFO phenomenon. Using methods and techniques borrowed from disciplines such as physics, meteorology, astronomy and biology, UFOlogists believe that they can amass sufficient evidence to convince hard core skeptics that UFOs are real, and have genuine national security implications. In such an endeavor, any evidence deemed to be unreliable, tainted, not consistent with facts, is jettisoned in order not to corrupt the raw pool of reliable data needed to convince UFO skeptics. The end result of this rigid filtering process is a pool of data that UFOs are indeed real and have important national security implications. For example, UFOs outperform modern aircraft, have crashed and been retrieved in mysterious circumstances, and are often sighted near nuclear installations.

Stuck on what to do Memorial Day weekend? Look no further. The 2009 Alamo UFO Conference in Nevada is scheduled for May 22-24.

From their web site - the speaker line-up includes:

Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan of Project Camelot. Project Camelot's purpose is to provide a vehicle for researchers and "whistleblowers" to get their stories out.

They will cover how the various witness testimony leads to the creation of a Big Picture that includes where humanity may be headed, the economic situation, possibility of nuclear war, 2012 and beyond and much more, including fascinating topics such as the secret space program, jumproom technology, bases on the Moon and Mars, stargates and the role of Looking Glass technology in predicting future events. Their mission is simply to share with you what they have discovered. Including possibly the latest on "Dulce."

Check out their web site.

Bill Ryan - who has a BSc in Mathematics with Physics and Psychology (Bristol University, UK, 1974), and followed this with a brief stint in teaching. In November 2005 he inaugurated the Project Serpo web site, the report of an alleged disclosure, in stages, of a US-alien exchange program which took place over 40 years ago. While he had been interested in UFOs, Free Energy research and alternative medicine (he is trained as a kinesiologist) for over thirty years, his first contact with the UFO community at large occurred after establishing the Serpo website. He resigned his management consultancy post in May 2006 and now devotes all his time to Project Camelot.

Kerry Cassidy - who has a BA in English with graduate work in Sociology, an MBA certificate from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management, and was competitively selected to attend a year of film school at the UCLA Extension Short Fiction Film Program as one of their first "hyphenates," She is a writer-director-producer.

After 19 years in Hollywood working for major studios and independent production companies in production, development and new media, she has written a number of screenplays, acquired the movie rights to the Wingmakers story in 2003, and started work on her own UFO documentary in 2005.

Tom Dongo - the author of six popular books on UFOs/aliens and the paranormal. He lectures widely in the western states and was a featured speaker at the 2001 session of the International UFO Congress.

He has appeared over 36 times on local, national and international television.

His two-day presentation with many slides will focus on the High Strangeness activity that occurred for several years on the Bradshaw Ranch near Sedona, Arizona. He will also discuss in-depth the phenomenal UFO/alien and paranormal activity that occurs on a regular basis in and around Sedona, Arizona.

Nevada Spirit Seekers (NSS) - Lisa Reyna, President and Founder; and Donna Owen, Vice President and Co-Founder. From NSS: "We are a group of paranormal researchers located in Northern Nevada. We are a non-profit organization. We are a serious and dedicated group doing more than just investigating, we do extensive research. Our goal is to prove once and for all, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the existence of Ghosts and Spirits after corporal death and the acknowledgement of life after death through scientific methods. Our mission is to educate the public and validate the existence of paranormal phenomena through logical and scientific approach."

The Spirit Seekers will be presenting a Power Point lecture entitled "Conversing with Spirits." They will discuss important Investigations locally and around the country and will back up their findings with videos, recordings, and EVP's.

They are certified investigators and have lectured in the US and Canada. They are members of the certified group - TAPS Family Members Group.
