Terry Waite asks U.S to drop case against UFO Seeker/Computer Hacker.

First a little history on Terry Waite, 1980 Terry Waite first became famous when he successfully negotiated the release of several hostages in Iran. In 1984 he negotiated with Colonel Gaddafi for the release of British hostages held in Libya and again was successful. Then from 1985 Waite became involved in hostage negotiations in Lebanon, and he assisted in successful negotiations that secured the release of two hostages. However, his use of an American helicopter to travel secretly between Cyprus and Lebanon and his appearance with Oliver North meant that he was compromised when the Irangate scandal broke. Against advice, Waite felt a need to demonstrate his continuing trust and integrity and his commitment to the remaining hostages. He arrived in Beirut on 12 January 1987 with the intention of negotiating with the Islamic Jihad Organization, who were holding the men. On 20 Jan 1987 he agreed to meet with the captors of the hostages as he was promised safe conduct to visit the hostages, who he was told were ill. The group broke trust and took Waite hostage on 20 Jan 1987, where he remained in captivity for a total of 1,763 days, the first four years of which were spent in total solitary confinement, and it was not until 18 November 1991 that he was Released.

Now Terry Waite, has asked the US to drop criminal charges against Gary McKinnon. McKinnon, is facing extradition to the US for hacking NASA and Pentagon computers while seeking evidence for UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors to Earth.

The story has spread throughout British media, like BBC News, where he has become somewhat of a hero. McKinnon's supporters include Rock Legend Sting, and other government leaders.

Among his findings while hacking into the computers were references of UFOs and "non-terrestrial officers". NASA has denied doctoring photos that contained images of UFOs, and being part of any cover-up, But whistle-blowers have offered testimony that supports claims that NASA has defrauded American taxpayers for billions of dollars.

Former employees or contractors of NASA have claimed that NASA destroyed vital images of UFOs that provided evidence of ET visitors to Earth and the Moon.

Furthermore we recognise how important her role has been in keeping this story alive and in the public eye where it belongs. Thank you Angelia, on behalf of the Webe team.

Angelia Joiner, uncovered what is today considered by many, one of the most puzzling UFO events in North American History. Pilots, Police Officers, and local citizens were among her eye witnesses, of which each of these witnesses attest to have seen the massive, solid rectangular unidentified craft, which was hundreds of metres in length, moving silently 270 metres above them.

The Stephenville Empire Tribune, first covered the story, creating International repercussions, and shortly thereafter ceased all coverage. Ms. Joiner's less than ceremonious departure from the Stephenville Empire Tribune portrays how, and possibly why mainstream journalists are pressured to play-down UFO events of high significance.

Formerly, a staff writer of the Stephenville Empire-Tribune, Angelia is known internationally for breaking the January, 2008, UFO sightings in Stephenville, Texas. Angelia has appeared twice on Larry King Live and continues to do many interviews across the nation. UFO formation in South Africa filmed by cops

Twenty three lights moved steadily in the night-sky of Witbank, South Africa on Friday March 6 2009 -- and scores of residents in nearby Middelburg also saw them. They called in the police, who filmed the odd formation of lights on their cellphones.

Mrs Hetta Malan of Middelburg was one of the many Middelburg, South Africa residents who spotted the formation that Friday-night. It was moving steadily towards the nearby mining town of Witbank, she told the Afrikaans-language newspaper Beeld.

And in Shropshire in the UK yesterday, many people also reported seeing many strange globes and lights in the sky: see

In South Africa, police inspectors Chris Gatzonis and Awie Labuschagne of the Middelburg police station even filmed the lights, alas the images on their cellphones were poor. The footage, shown on the Beeld newspaper website, can be seen here.

"We were on active duty and driving across the bridge at Aerorand in Middelburg. First we saw five orange lights, moving in formation going in the direction towards Witbank. Later only two were left. Then the clouds moved in front of them and we lost sight of them,' said Chris Gatzonis. This was the first time the lights were spotted. And last weekend, the two police officers saw similar lights again -- this time they counted a pattern in formation of 23 lights, coming back from Witbank.

Many UFOs in South Africa
South Africa has had numerous UFO sightings over the years. - and many were seen by skilled observers.

One of the most famous incidents occurred on September 17, 1965 by police constables John Locken and Koos de Klerk, who were were patrolling on the Pretoria-Bronkhorstspruit road, shortly after midnight - not very far away from the latest sighting in Middelburg last weekend. On september 17, 1965, these two patrolmen were shocked when their van's headlights illuminated an unusual object on the road ahead of them. Right in the middle of the highway sat a disc-shaped UFO.

Copper Colored Disc:
The patrolmen estimated the diameter of the object at about 30 feet, and it was of a copper color. Within a moment, the disc-shaped object began to rise up from the road, shooting flames from below through double tubes of what the patrolmen thought were engines.

Flames on the Asphalt:
The two men reported their sighting, and in part of the report, Constable Locken said: 'Its lift-off was quicker than anything I have ever seen." The men also reported that the flames were three feet tall above the road, and the great heat from the exhaust kept the asphalt afire for a time after the object had flown away.

Road Caved In:
After the asphalt had cooled, the road was blocked off and the area of the sighting more closely examined by a large group of policemen. It was found that part of the road had actually caved in under the heavy weight of the UFO. There was a burned area of about 6 feet in diameter, which would indicate the approximate size of the engine ports. The official governmental investigation was done by Lt. Col. J.B. Brits, District Commandant of Pretoria North police station at the time.

Highly Secret Nature:
After the investigation was completed, Lt. Col Brits was interviewed by a Pretoria newspaper. He was quoted in the paper as stating: "... the case of the UFO landing was considered as being of a highly secret nature and an inquiry is being conducted in top circles."

Case Remains Unsolved:
There were trace element samples taken from the area of the landing, and sent for scientific analysis to the police forensic laboratories in Pretoria -- but the results of these tests were never released to the public. It is quite obvious that something very unusual landed in South Africa, left landing traces, and was seen by two reliable witnesses. Unfortunately, it is quite certain that no further details will be released, and the mystery of what exactly landed in South Africa on September 17, 1965, will remain unsolved.

A photograph of an overflying UFO was also taken by the wife of an Air Force Officer, a couple of high standing in the community, in KwaZulu-Natal. Many other incidents were also reported in the Karoo desert north of Cape Town over a period of at least twenty years.

Heidelberg in 1967
Andre Jordaan of Pretoria writes that he has actually seen UFOS in broad daylight, at the opening of the Higher Volks School in Heidelberg in South Africa in 1967, together with more than 1,000 pupils."We saw these strange objects carrying out incredible high-speed manouvers which we still cannot emulate today,' he said.

"And because we all saw it together it could not have been hallucinations. Two weeks later, my mother told me about seeing a similar craft early in the morning from very close up while it flew across the defence force military camp where we lived. "Only after she told me, did I tell her what all the pupils had seen two weeks earlier - so she could not have been influenced by our earlier experience. If I hadn't experienced this myself, I would probably be quite sceptical about such events. I feel privileged that I witnessed this event.'"see

Conspiracy theories abound:
And some people say UFO's were experimental oscillation designs from nazi Germany by an Austrian forester called Viktor Schauberger, who worked on the so-called "Repulsine' project. see

One thing everybody does however agree on: nobody knows what these mysterious lights and machines really are.

What are they?
Unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, are merely the popular term for any aerial phenomenon whose cause cannot be easily or immediately determined, says Wikipedia.

"Both military and civilian research show that a significant majority of UFO sightings are identified after further investigation, either explicitly or indirectly through the presence of clear and simple explanatory factors.

The United States Air Force, which coined the term in 1952, initially defined UFOs as those objects which remain unidentified after scrutiny by expert investigators, though the term UFO is often used more generally to describe any sighting unidentifiable to the reporting observer(s).

Popular culture frequently takes the term UFO as a synonym for alien spacecraft. Some investigators now prefer to use the broader term Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (or UAP), to avoid the confusion and speculative associations that have become attached to UFOs.

Only a small percentage are hoaxes
"Studies have established that only a small percentage of reported UFOs are actual hoaxes, while the majority are observations of some real but conventional object - most commonly aircraft, balloons, or astronomical objects such as meteors or bright planets - which have been misidentified by the observer as anomalies.'

A small percentage of reported sightings (usually 5%-20%) are classified as unidentified flying objects in the strictest sense. The first reports and official investigations of UFOs began during World War II with sightings of so-called foo fighters by Allied airplane crews, There were widespread sightings of European "ghost rockets" in 1946.

UFO reports became more common after the first widely publicized US sighting - reported by private pilot Kenneth Arnold in 1947 - which gave rise to the popular terms "flying saucer" and "flying disc".
Since then, millions of people believe that they have seen UFOs, and tens of thousands of such reports have been catalogued.

Although various conspiracy theories and pseudosciences revolve around UFO sightings, no support for non-natural explanations of UFOs has emerged from within mainstream science.

One of the largest maintained databases, UFOCAT, listed 172,000 sightings as of 2003, while the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) has collected over 40,000 reports since 1998. see

Will there be 'wild card' extraterrestrial UFO landings worldwide in 2012 or beyond?

There is converging objective predictive evidence, expert opinion, exopolitical policy analysis, and extraterrestrial contactee communications supporting a hypothesis that large scale “wild card” event(s), involving mass extraterrestrial (UFO) sightings or landings over major urban or other visible centers on the planet for peaceful purposes may occur during the period leading up to 2011-12 or beyond.

“Wild card” events are low probability, high impact events

In future studies, John Petersen author of 'Out of The Blue - How to Anticipate Big Future Surprises' defines “wild card” events as “Low Probability, High Impact events that, were they to occur, would severely impact the human condition. A low probability event does not mean, however, that the event cannot be identified and predicted within the parameters of scientific research or expert-based opinion”.

Exopolitics as the science of relations between human civilization and other intelligent civilizations in the Universe, draws on a number of data sources in arriving at conclusions or operating hypotheses about “wild card” events like mass extraterrestrial (UFO) sightings or landings over human urban centers. Assuming it is not a “false flag” event created by a human military intelligence power, an authentic worldwide extraterrestrial (UFO) mass sighting or landing, when and if it would occur, would severely impact the human condition. Extraterrestrial civilizations are stakeholders in the arena of our solar system and the galaxies, and the creation of such a “wild card” mass event is within their power.

Exopolitics & future studies

Exopolitics, like other sciences, can draws upon diverse data sources in reaching conclusions about “wild card” events. Exopolitical data sources can include reports from extraterrestrial contactees with ethical extraterrestrial civilizations; policy analysis of relations between leading human military space powers (such as the United States) and ethical extraterrestrial civilizations now visiting earth; “web.bot” analysis using compilations of internet spiders; and even reports of reverse speech analysis of major announcements by significant human leaders, such as U.S. president Barack Obama. Each of these involves “identifying and predicting an event within the parameters of scientific research or expert-based opinion”.

In this sense, the exopolitical study of a “wild card” extraterrestrial (UFO) mass landing is functionally similar to a futurist’s study of the UFO mass landing “wild card” event. The only difference is that mainstream futurists do not yet include a “UFO mass landing” in their menu of significant “wild card” events because mainstream futurology paradigm excludes the existence the extraterrestrial presence, most probably because of the effect of the 1953 CIA Robertson panel, which excluded extraterrestrial affairs from public discourse under penalty of professional ridicule.

Reverse speech identification & ET/UFO “wild card” event

On February 20, 2009, this column introduced reverse speech evidence of a future extraterrestrial UFO “wild card” event by Canadian speech recognition expert and former CBS radio producer Jon Kelly in an article entitled, Barack Obama’s inaugural speech predicts “extraterrestrial event” on scale of Iraq war says expert.

With over 10 years of clinical practice and hundreds of publicly witnessed demonstrations Jon Kelly is one of the world's most sought-after practitioners in the field of secret backwards messages. Jon's professional speech recognition experience includes a F500 President's Club, member national board of directors for non-profit UN NGO, CBS radio feature producer of The Secret Message Report, BBC, DR Berlin, Fox News, Coast to Coast and #1-rated US television shows. Using reverse speech, Jon accurately reported the "Shock and Awe" strikes that opened the Iraq War 2 years in advance.

In other words, Jon Kelly has a public track record of accuracy using reverse speech to predict public events of some consequence, including extraterrestrial-related public events and/or public figures. In that interview, Jon amplified on his interpretation and comments of the secret messages he had found encoded in backward speech in Barack Obama’s inaugural address of January 20, 2001, using the science of reverse speech analysis in the mode of an expert in that science.

Radio interview: Obama’s inaugural address contains reverse speech messages about ET/UFO “wild card” events

In the 35-minute radio interview, Jon Kelly reviews how reverse speech analysis of Barack Obama's inaugural address reveals secret, subconscious messages about large-scale extraterrestrial events during the years of the Obama administration. Obama’s first term of office runs through January 20, 2013. If re-elected, he will be in office through January 20, 2017.

The interview covers Kelly's analysis of how George W. Bush's inaugural address of January 20, 2001 revealed subconscious reverse speech secret messages about war - the Iraq war, 2 years before the illegal invasion of Iraq. As opposed to Bush, Obama's subconscious messages are not about war during his administration. Obama’s secret messages are about predominant extraterrestrial events during his presidency.

Kelly states that the same way that the George W. Bush presidency was characterized by war; the Obama presidency years may be characterized by large-scale extraterrestrial events or extraterrestrial impacts in our terrestrial society.

In the interview, Jon Kelly agrees that Obama’s secret messages can be analyzed to include alternative possibilities: a large-scale extraterrestrial event, the emergence of ET-derived energy, and/or large-scale extraterrestrial disclosure by terrestrial authorities and/or by extraterrestrials themselves.

Jon stressed in the ExopoliticsRadio.com interview that even though the reverse speech signal was “weak” he stood by his analysis. One point that Jon mentioned was that he performed a visual wave analysis of Obama’s speech on his computer, as well as an auditory analysis of the reverse speech as part of his methodology.

My earlier publication in Examiner.com of Jon’s reverse speech analysis of Obama’s inaugural address as a possible UFO extraterrestrial “wild card” event caused some public controversy, fueled principally by one particular reverse speech analyst, David Oates.

Jon Kelly vs. David Oates: Interpretation vs. Gatekeeping

Reverse speech expert David Oates began a public attack on Jon Kelly’s analysis shortly after the publication of my original February 20, 2009 Examiner.com article that set out Jon Kelly’s reverse speech analysis of Obama’s inaugural address as predicting a possible ET/UFO wild card event. These attacks by Oates culminated on a broadcast interview on Rense.com with David Oates, in which David sets out a series of methodological objections to Jon’s conclusions about Obama’s reverse speech.

Included in David Oates’ rebuttal is a reverse speech analysis of a fragment from a Barack Obama speech on health care policy. The core problem with David Oates’ analysis is that it supports Jon Kelly’s analysis. There is virtually no distinction between the Oates analysis of Obama reverse speech Oates selects (health care policy) and the Kelly analysis of Obama reverse speech Kelly selects (inaugural address).

Moreover, there may be a history of personal animus between the two parties here (David Oates and Jon Kelly) that precipitated David Oates’ confrontational intervention in a public analysis of a key question of social importance: whether an extraterrestrial UFO wild card event was announced in Barack Obama’s inaugural speech by his subconscious.

Readers can listen both to the ExopoliticsRadio.com interview by Jon Kelly and the Rense.com interview of David Oates, evaluate and make their own decisions about the probability of a future extraterrestrial UFO “wild card” event.

The Rense.com/David Oates interview, in my opinion, unfairly disparages the Jon Kelly reverse speech analysis. Functionally, Rense.com and David Oates attempt to gate keep from the listener’s mind an important future “wild card” event – that of a global “wild card” extraterrestrial event, as announced in Obama’s inaugural address in reverse speech.

One can ask – why does a seemingly petty methodological argument about a frontier science like reverse speech analysis between Kelly and Oates matter? Why does a petty media rivalry between ExopoliticsRadio.com and Rense.com matter?

Well, gate keeping from the U.S. and global public possible reverse speech secret messages from the subconscious of Barack Obama in his inaugural address about what a major dimension encompassing his presidency might be about – extraterrestrial/UFO wild card events or disclosure, matters a great deal.

The issue of gate keeping about a possible “wild card” extraterrestrial UFO event, an event that the secret government has been attempting to suppress, is at stake in the Kelly-Oates debate. Military-intelligence forces attempting to suppress this issue may have recently assassinated at least one important government whistleblower witness to the details of a “wild card” extraterrestrial/UFO landing in 2012.

A major USA radio station, in a mainstream radio news production in the United States, first broadcast Kelly’s Obama reverse speech prediction. Jon Kelly contacted me with the story as a news source because his dial tone was cut off by some external agency the night before the radio interview in the U.S., and he entrusted me with the story as a backup, because I have done radio programs with him on reverse speech and major public figures over the past several years. With his permission, I broke the story in print on Examiner.com after publishing several preliminary articles in my series on the Obama administration and extraterrestrial life to provide historical context and points of reference.

Jon Kelly is a courageous and learned individual and a Canadian who will travel to do media interviews from Canada into the United States despite harassment by military intelligence agencies. U.S. military intelligence will harass persons with inside knowledge on ethical extraterrestrial civilization’s possible “wild card” strategy for 2012. Jon has spent many years studying reverse speech analysis and is a leading expert in the field. His results and historical accuracy speak for themselves.

ET/UFO "wild card" events & journalistic responsibility

To avoid reporting on these possible “wild card” events, as Rense.com and David Oates would have us do would be the height of journalistic and exopolitical irresponsibility. Analysis of the possibility of an ET/UFO wild card event announced by U.S. President Barack Obama is probably one of the most responsible exercises in exopolitical journalism at this moment in history.

In fact, at the deepest level, as observers we may see playing out here in public view of an exopolitical and evolutionary drama. Those who are swayed by the Rense.com-David Oates analysis of Barack Obama’s unconscious reverse speech fall on one side of a future evolutionary dividing line.

Those who reverberate with the ExopoliticsRadio.com-Jon Kelly analysis of the possibility of Obama’s unconscious announcing ethical extraterrestrial “wild card” events in his inaugural (in the same way that George W. Bush announced the Iraq war in his inaugural), fall on some other side of an important evolutionary dividing line. Call it goats versus sheep. It is an ancient karmic drama.

Where do you stand on the issue of a future extraterrestrial UFO “wild card” event? Unimpressed? Uncommitted? Pro ET/UFO “wild card”? Pro Oates? Your own future lies in your choice, perhaps.

Reverse speech analysis is just the beginning of the evidence. There is strong converging evidence from government whistleblowers, from web.bot predictions, from expert opinion, from exopolitical policy analysis, and from extraterrestrial contactee communications that “wild card” global mass extraterrestrial/UFO landings may in fact occur at crucial human population centers around the world, sometime during the Obama years through 2012 or beyond.

Exposing U.S. Government Policy on Extraterrestrial Life

On Sunday March 15, the most popular late night radio show in the U.S., Coast to Coast AM, conducts a live interview concerning evidence of secret U.S. government policies on extraterrestrial life. In the interview to be hosted by George Knapp, I reveal more testimonial evidence than ever before that President Eisenhower had not one, but at least TWO secret meetings with extraterrestrial ambassadors at major U.S. Air Force bases. During the meetings, vital national security issues such as hydrogen bomb weapons testing were discussed. The evidence for the meetings comes from first hand witnesses who have revealed what they saw, and how stringent security provisions ensured secrecy over what happened. The meetings allegedly led to formal diplomatic relations between the U.S. and extraterrestrial civilizations that culminated in the signing of secret agreements. There is also strong circumstantial evidence supporting witness claims that President Eisenhower did secretly travel to two USAF bases to conduct highly classified meetings.

The upcoming Coast to Coast interview was originally scheduled for February 22, 2009. This coincided with both the 55th anniversary of the first alleged secret meeting held on February 20/21, 1954, and also the first night of the 18th International UFO Congress where I presented evidence of the 1954 and another meeting in 1955. I was also going to discuss the official launch at the Congress of my latest book, Exposing U.S. Government Policies on Extraterrestrial Life (2009), where I analyze U.S. government policies arising out of the meetings and alleged agreements arising from them. Mysteriously, 30 seconds before the show was to air, a 45 minute power black out meant the live interview could not go ahead. Responding to a request to explain what happened by Mel Fabregas, host of Radio Veritas, George Knapp said: “The power went out 30 seconds before I went on the air, stopped for 45 minutes, enough to kill the show”. I contacted Adam Grant from Nevada Power to clarify what happened and he confirmed that the outage lasted approximately 40 minutes.

The ‘accidental’ power outage meant that millions of Coast to Coast listeners were denied the opportunity to hear the most up-to-date evidence of the alleged Eisenhower and extraterrestrial meeting on its 55th anniversary. More significantly, the show may have encouraged witnesses to step forward to reveal what they knew on the anniversary of the most secret diplomatic meeting in U.S. history. A replay of an earlier Coast to Coast Show featuring the host, George Knapp, was aired for the night. The power blackout may have been entirely accidental. Alternatively, it may be that some unknown entity wanted to dampen public interest or leaks concerning the possible secret nuclear diplomacy conducted by President Eisenhower 55 years ago on the night of February 20/21, 1954.




Evidence concerning secret meetings between U.S. government officials and extraterrestrials is discussed in the first chapter of my Exposing U.S. Government Policies on Extraterrestrial Life. The book goes on to reveal how these secret meetings and agreements led to the establishment of joint government and extraterrestrial bases; an enormous black budget to fund military-corporate projects concerning extraterrestrial life and technology; and a highly classified system for managing personnel involved in such projects. During the upcoming Coast to Coast interview I will reveal more details concerning these issues and other aspects of U.S. government policies on extraterrestrial life as it currently relates to the Obama administration. Reuters reported this week that archaeologists working in deep in Guatemala’s northern jungle have unearthed incredible carved panels that are believed to depict scenes from Mayan creation myths involving monsters, serpents and deities. The panels were discovered on the site of El-Mirador, the largest known Mayan city in the world which is constantly being excavated revealing more surprises. The city itself is remarkable in that it contained the complex roads, canals and impressive structures one would expect of a modern metropolis. The sites head researcher Richard Hansen has dated the panels to around 300 BC. As expected there was no mention of aliens or UFOs in relation to the find. Ufologists have been concentrating in particular on Mayan civilization and mythology for decades, probably more so than any other ancient civilisation. Its astronomy and myths of immortal beings arriving from the stars to give humans knowledge are well known. Ufologists are now marvelling at the latest image of Mayan mythology carved in stone. Many have already noted that the image shown on Reuters clearly depicts a UFO surrounded by two non-human beings covered in some form of technological equipment. Interestingly the date range given for the carvings puts their creation not long after Ezekiel’s graphic descriptions of wheels within wheels. Reuters has published a photo of one of the Mayan panels and to say that the similarity to Ezekiel’s wheels and ‘living creatures’ is striking might be putting it mildly. I don’t think the proof of the theory that civilizations were once guided by alien visitors could get any stronger. The only question is when will our friends from space openly return and give us some guidance, possibly more needed now than then.
