Dulce, New Mexico, Bio-Warfare and Project Blue Beam

There seems to have been an allegation that the government, beginning in the mid 1970s and lasting till the early 1980s, may have conducted clandestine operations in and near Dulce, New Mexico involving experiments with bovine diseases, anthrax and other substances as part of biological warfare research.

Was there a cover-up in Dulce, New Mexico?
Were there some illegal dumping or storage of toxic chemicals and other bio-hazardous materials in the nearby areas?

Is it possible that the government intentionally created a convenient cover story (i.e., the underground alien base scenario) to conceal those clandestine activities?

(Incidentally, the Four Corners area of New Mexico as well as the regions east of the Four Corners area have been known to be an area with high frequencies of sightings of strange flying objects as well as claims of paranormal activities, especially after World War II.
This remote region, filled with deep-rooted cultural and spiritual beliefs of the Native Americans such as the Jicarilla Apache Nation of Dulce, may have been an ideal and convenient location to conduct clandestine operations as far as the government was concerned.)

And if this were the case, was it possible for the government to have staged a series of fake UFO-type incidents in the area, utilizing high tech equipment such as holographic projection devices?

Former New Mexico State Patrol officer, Gabe Valdez, who was in charge of the Dulce area during those years, seems to think so. Recently he told me personally that he is convinced that appearances of UFOs were staged by the government through such devices.
I totally concur with Gabe Valdez on this matter.

I bring this up because early in 1994 I had corresponded with a Canadian investigative journalist by the name of Serge Monast who first informed me of NASA's alleged project called BLUE BEAM. (Unfortunately, I learned only two years later that Serge Monast passed away of a massive heart attack at his residence in Canada).

I hereby present my hypothesis that the government may have conducted a limited-scale, prototype BLUE BEAM operations in Dulce during the height of the cattle mutilations years and staged a series of UFO incidents in that area.

Historic disclosure: Brazil’s secret Government UFO files revealed

In what is a milestone and historic event for Brazilian ufology and for ufologists around the world Brazil’s UFO community has gained access to previously classified top-secret UFO files.
The UFO community headed by the CBU or Commission of Brazilian Ufologists has been fighting for access to these files for a number of years under freedom of information provisions and appears to have emerged from this battle victorious.
The Government has previously released in stages various files on the topic depending on their level of classification but has now agreed to release files, for the purposes of study, on even the most significant and highly classified UFO events, including the famous and most coveted files of all: the ones pertaining to Brazil’s own ‘Roswell’ incident the 'Varghina affair' as well as the notorious ‘Official Night of the UFOs’.
On this night, back in May of 1986, twenty UFOs were tracked by radar and chased by six military planes. The then minister of Aviation, Brigadier General Otavio Moreira Lima confirmed the event and later went on record stating that he believed humanity would soon make contact with extraterrestrials.
The minister also stated that Brazil had the right to reveal to its population the reality of the existence of aliens if the need arose without America’s permission. He then went on to make the interesting remark that while many people were ready to accept the idea of aliens many were not ready for this kind of information. The CBU has met with senior representatives of the Air Force on a number of occasions. During those meetings the ufologists were able to see and examine but not study in detail the various top-secret files that were presented by the Air Force, including those regarding the 1986 incident.
Already late last year they gained access to the files pertaining to ‘Operation Prato’, an extensive military investigation into widespread UFO incidents in the Amazon. Villagers alleged that they were being attacked and injured by UFOs and even organised night vigils to protect themselves.
Twenty years after this event the Captain in charge of the operation, Uyrange Nogueira was interviewed by a UFO researcher and admitted to witnessing UFOs and being of the opinion aliens were involved. Now the ufologists are working on the details of a working relationship with the Air Force that will allow them to permanently access and utilise even these top-secret files as well as collaborate with the military to understand the UFO phenomena.
Rafael Cury, one of the heads of the CBU recently noted that ‘This represents a coming of age for Brazilian ufology’.
Indeed. With the Air Force releasing its UFO files to ufologists and conceding that they don’t understand what the craft involved are and are happy to co-operate to gain an understanding, this event might be the closest any government has come to disclosure. NEEDLES - The History Channel's “UFO Hunters” are returning to the Tri-state to investigate a UFO allegedly spotted in the Lake Havasu City area March 17, according to Frank Costigan, KTOX radio investigative reporter.

Costigan and KTOX talk host Dave Hayes were featured in “Alien Crashes,” a special recently broadcast on the History Channel, regarding a UFO siting allegedly made near Needles last May 19.

After the Needles and Lake Havasu sightings, military aircraft were seen in the area, Costigan said.

He said anyone who has seen “UFOs followed by military aircraft” or “unusual military activity in the area,” is urged to call KTOX at 760-326-4500 or e-mail them at ktox1340@hotmail.com. The information will be passed on to the “UFO Hunters,” Costigan said.

Bill Ryan - who has a BSc in Mathematics with Physics and Psychology (Bristol University, UK, 1974), and followed this with a brief stint in teaching. For 27 years he was a management consultant specializing in personal and team development, leadership training and executive coaching. Major long-term clients included BAe (Systems) Ltd (formerly British Aerospace), Hewlett-Packard, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In November 2005 he inaugurated the Project Serpo web site, the report of an alleged disclosure, in stages, of a US-alien exchange program which took place over 40 years ago. While he had been interested in UFOs, Free Energy research and alternative medicine (he is trained as a kinesiologist) for over thirty years, his first contact with the UFO community at large occurred after establishing the Serpo website. He resigned his management consultancy post in May 2006 and now devotes all his time to Project Camelot.

Kerry Cassidy - who has a BA in English with graduate work in Sociology, an MBA certificate from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management, and was competitively selected to attend a year of film school at the UCLA Extension Short Fiction Film Program as one of their first "hyphenates," She is a writer-director-producer.

After 19 years in Hollywood working for major studios and independent production companies in production, development and new media, she has written a number of screenplays, acquired the movie rights to the Wingmakers story in 2003, and started work on her own UFO documentary in 2005.

Tom Dongo - the author of six popular books on UFOs/aliens and the paranormal. He lectures widely in the western states and was a featured speaker at the 2001 session of the International UFO Congress.

Top 5 reasons for governments to keep UFOs in secret

Stanton Friedman, a physicist who once worked for such giants as Westinghouse and General Electric, has devoted much of his adult life to ferreting out clues in the UFO controversy.

Pitching his case before more than 600 campus audiences, Friedman concludes that alien aircraft have been around for decades and that governments have tried to keep an airtight lid on them.

He has five reasons for a massive and sustained cover-up that he labels “the cosmic Watergate.”

1. Government agents want to figure out how crashed aircraft work.

2. No one wants any enemy governments to know what has been discovered.

3. If some trusted public figures, say the queen of England and the pope, disclosed UFOs, society would be shaken up, and earthlings would begin thinking of themselves as such, rather than as citizens of individual nations.

4. The fourth problem is the fundamentalist Christian perspective that aliens are “the work of the Devil,” quoting 700 Club founder Pat Robertson and the late Rev. Jerry Falwell. The two said earth contains the only intelligence life in the universe, he said.

5. A public confirmation would lead to economic chaos, and lastly, secrecy is a way of life in government.

As Pravda.Ru previously reported KGB agents were making records of UFO observations in special Blue Folder Files comprising the famous Blue Folder have been declassified a while ago. The prominent Soviet cosmonaut Pavel Popovich got the folder from the KGB in 1991. These days Mr. Popovich holds the position of honorary president of the Academy of Informational and Applied Ufology. The folder contains numerous descriptions of UFO flights and reports on some (mostly failed) attempts taken by the military in order to catch the aliens.

Aliens acknowledged back in 1968

In 1968, 13 leading aircraft designers and engineers of a brand-new aircraft section of the Soviet Committee on Space Technology and Exploration forwarded a letter to the Soviet Prime Minister Alexei Kosygin. Actually, it was a request to set up a special organization for the study of UFOs. A reply to the letter was signed by Academician Shchukin. It is an amazing document per se:

“A number of competent organizations of the Presidium of the USSR Academy of Sciences in cooperation with the Chief Directorate of Meteorological Service, Defense Ministry and a few other agencies considered the issue of nature of the so-called flying objects. The organizations involved in the study of the atmosphere and space have been instructed to register and do research on any cases of UFOs for identification purposes. The USSR Academy of Sciences is charged with general monitoring of the phenomena, and therefore a special organization for the study of UFOs is not required.”

Antartica's Davis Station webcam captures UFO

This footage was captured last friday, April 10th, 2009. The picture is captured using a video camera at the station at McQuarie Island, and sent via a permanent satellite link to the Australian Antarctic Division's Headquarters located at Kingston, Tasmania.

This picture is usually updated automatically every 10 minutes. The date/time on the picture shows local Davis time, which is 3 hours behind Australian Eastern Standard Time and 7 hours ahead of UTC (GMT). During winter the daylight hours are very short. At times drifting snow, or equipment malfunction may interrupt the picture.

In this video you will see 2 bright lights. The first light you will see is the UFO, as there seems to be nothing else there to explain why did it shine brighter than the second light on the video (which is the sun) and why it dissapeared right in front of the camera. Notice also that the first light flies in the opposite direction of the sun (second light).

Edgar Mitchell/Colin Andrews: FIONS PACKED THEATRE - HUGE SUCCESS IN NEW YORK!

Joint presentations by Edgar Mitchell and Colin Andrews in New York last sunday was a huge success for the Friends of the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

The theatre was full and almost the entire audience remained during questions and beyond. Strong evidence was presented by both speakers that the study of human consciousness is where a number of wide ranging studies have lead. The UFO and crop circles to name but two.

Andrews showed cases of bizarre placement of designs which had been either prayed for ahead of time, not just the actual designs requested but the specific locations had been met. Identical cases exist and were shown when people intending to make designs in specific places arrived on the nights planned but not made by those who had planned to be the creators. Strange sounds, each being almost identical have been recorded around the circles and analyised to show they are almost identicle and very close to Dolphin communication and US submarine frequencies.

A design of great interest has shown up in his research which is being further studied because of the nature of the events that have surrounded it.

He suggested that its conceivable that the hoaxing began as either an intended manipulation of two men which started a deliberate social experiment or that this has simply been the outcome by accident. Evidence is beginning to stack that suggests there is a plan and that we are all involved in it, i.e. why he believes Consciousness is where study should not be focused.

Edgar Mitchell spoke in great detail about his own view of consciousness and his private efforts to encourage more openness about the UFO subject, because as he said if for no other reason, we have to get off this planet some time.

The two speakers clearly respected each other and complimented each other during one totally enjoyable and informative afternoon and evening.

Edgar Mitchell and Colin Andrews will be taking part with many other International speakers at the X-Conference in Washington D.C. next weekend. Colin’s Presentation will be called Government Circles – this will warn caution that the UK release of secret UFO files recently, represents truly a full disclosure of the archive. He will set the record straight that the former head of the British Government’s UFO Project, Nick Pope’s published version of the Official record regarding Government and the Queen’s involvement and interest in the crop circles, is not accurate. He will end his presentation where Edgar Mitchell and he did this week in New York, the most important study of them all - Consciousness.

"What on Earth?" - "Inside the crop circle mystery," an award-winning feature-length documentary film, will be screened as part of the X-Conference on Friday, April 17, at 9 pm, at the Hilton Gaithersburg, 620 Perry Parkway, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. In "What On Earth?," filmmaker Suzanne Taylor tracks her interactions in England as part of an international community of visionary artists, scientists, philosophers, mathematicians, educators, writers, and farmers who marvel at crop circles, the unexplained global phenomenon that has puzzled humanity for decades, and perhaps even centuries.

The superstars of the film are the circles themselves. The photography is breathtaking and awe-inspiring. A big question that's addressed by the interviewees is why something so startling and spectacular is so largely ignored.

The circle enthusiasts, who converge in England every summer to go circle-chasing and indulge in circle analysis, talk about why they changed their lives to engage with this phenomenon. Evidence is presented that challenges the idea that all the glyphs are made by people, and the motives of hoaxers who make some of them is a subject for speculation. So are questions about who, or what is delivering the circles that can't be accounted for as coming from people, and why they are being created.

"The most startling revelations we get from the circles come from their shapes," says Taylor. "Mathematical information encoded in them delivers a virtual curriculum in number and geometry." Also, the circles are looked at as art, as instigators to reexamine ancient knowledge lost to a culture separated from nature, and as coming from a source that is aware of us, delivering patterns that point to events on Earth and in response to whims and wishes that individuals and groups express.

In the film, interviewees speculate about what the effect would be if it were ascertained that the circles aren't being made by us. "If that happened," says Taylor, "knowing we aren't the only intelligent occupants of the cosmos likely would humble us to where we would think as a planetary humanity and work cooperatively to solve the problems we all share."
