On January 28th 1994, an Air France pilot, his crew and passengers witnessed a brightly-glowing red and brown disc-shaped object while flying to London. Estimates of the disc's size were between 800 and 1,000 feet long...more than 3 times the size of a 747.

On April 25th 2007, the captain of a passenger plane crossing the English Channel observed two bright-yellow flat objects for more than 15 minutes. He is astounded by their size which he claims could have been as much as a mile wide. A pilot from a separate aircraft corroborated the story. The team takes to the skies to probe some of the largest UFO sightings ever recorded.

Will Obama and Clinton honor a U.N. decision and release U.S. secret UFO and extraterrestrial files?

President Barack Hussein Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton both face an immediate, international cross-roads at the United Nations on whether or not to honor a U.N. General Assembly (UNGA) Decision on releasing U.S. secret files on unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial life.

On January 21, 2009, Obama stated, "Transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this Presidency." He issued a Memorandum on Transparency that promised that “my Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government.” Obama directed all U.S. government departments to abide by the terms on this Memorandum.

U.N. General Assembly Decision 33/426, adopted December 18, 1978, "invites interested Member States to take appropriate steps to coordinate on a national level scientific research and investigation into extraterrestrial life, including unidentified flying objects (UFOs), and to inform the Secretary-General of the observations, research and evaluation of such activities.”



U.S. allies release secret UFO and extraterrestrial files

Overseas, President Obama’s peers are not shirking from ad hoc compliance with the U.N. General Assembly Decision. On January 31, 2009, U.K. conservative party leader David Cameron, who is favored to succeed Gordon Brown as U.K. Prime Minister, “vowed today that if he was elected Prime Minister he would bring an end to the era of government secrecy over UFOs and extra-terrestrial activity.”

On January 28, 2009, 8 days after the inauguration of President Barack Hussein Obama, Denmark became the latest U.N. member nation, by releasing 15,000 of its secret unidentified flying object (UFO) and extraterrestrial-related files. With this official act, Denmark functionally complied part of UNGA Decision 33/426.

Since 2004, a number of U.N. member nations have undertaken some release of their secret UFO and extraterrestrial-related files, including Brazil, Chile, Denmark, France, Mexico, Peru, and the United Kingdom, in ad hoc partial compliance with UNGA Decision 33/426.

On May 11, 2004, the Mexican Department of Defense released secret unidentified flying object (UFO) reports. On May 20, 2005, the Brazilian Air Force released classified extraterrestrial-related and unidentified flying object (UFO) reports to researchers. Concurrently, Peru and Chile (and other nations) have also released secret unidentified flying object (UFO) reports.

On March 22, 2007, the French Space Agency announced it was making public its secret files on possible extraterrestrial sightings at www.cnes-geipan.fr. Of the French government secret files, the New Scientist reports: “Of the 1600 cases registered since 1954, nearly 25% are classified as ‘type D’, meaning that ‘despite good or very good data and credible witnesses, we are confronted with something we can't explain.”

On May 2, 2007 the U.K. Ministry of Defence announced it was releasing up to 7200 classified unidentified flying object (UFO) reports files going back to 1967, collected by DI55, a secret unit within the Ministry of Defence.

Then a year later, on May 13, 2008, the 91st anniversary of the May 13, 1917 Fatima UFO sighting and the first major Vatican extraterrestrial cover-up, the Vatican official newspaper L'Osservatore Romano published an interview with the Jesuit chief of the Vatican Observatory stating that "extraterrestrials are our brothers."

The next day, on May 14, 2008, - Israel's 60th anniversary - the U.K. Ministry of Defence executed a massive document dump of previously secret secret unidentified flying object (UFO) files, with no context or explanation. On Oct. 20, 2008, the UK Ministry of Defence released 19 more secret files, and ABC Nightline News broadcast a TV news segment suggesting a state of ongoing hostilities between unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrials, and U.K. and U.S. armed forces.

As we shall see in this series of investigative articles, these seemingly unrelated events may be in fact components of a massive, coordinated and possibly manipulative disclosure management agenda around unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial life.

Cops and saucers

Gary Heseltine, his day job as a detective looking after railway passengers, off duty he looks to the stars.

Past six years he has produced an annual report, detailing UFO sightings by Police Officers across the country.

Gary says: "Police officers are trained to give dispassionate, detailed descriptions of things they see and are highly credible witnesses as a result."

His latest report to be published on Gary's Police Reporting UFO Sightings (PRUFOS) database this week, involve 106 officers and highlights 50 new case.

Exopolitics: A new way to understand the possibility of intelligent life on other planets

In January 2006, the Associated Press reported that “Exopolitics” was nominated for 2005 Word of the Year. “Exopolitics” was coined in Canada.

“Exopolitics” gave a name to what adult Americans had reported to pollsters at Ropers several years earlier in 2002: that American public opinion was in agreement with the existence of intelligent life on other planets.

In fact, the 2002 Roper poll on American beliefs and personal experiences on intelligent life on other planets, using rigorous scientific polling methods, found that about half (48%) of U.S. adults believe that intelligent life from other planets or dimensions is now visiting Earth, and that two-thirds (67%) of U.S. adults believe in the existence of intelligent life elsewhere in the Universe.

The Roper poll also found that 72% of U.S. Adults believe the U.S. government is not telling all it knows about space craft or “unidentified flying objects” visiting Earth. Fully 14% of Americans say they have had a close encounter with a space craft or “unidentified flying object.”

Two percent of Americans told Roper that they have had an encounter with intelligent beings from other planets or dimensions. Roper also found that among those adult Americans who believe in abductions by non-terrestrial beings, fully one-third (33%) claim they either experienced or know someone who experienced a close encounter with intelligent beings from other planets or dimensions.

The “Exopolitics” Model of the Universe

“Exopolitics”, the new political science of outer space, is the science of relations between our human civilization and other intelligent civilizations in the universe.

The Exopolitics Model of the universe, first presented in June 2000 by this author at a scholarly conference at the University of Wyoming chaired by Prof. Leo Sprinkle, may be one candidate for triggering a crucial sea change in human perception.

The Exopolitics Model of the universe is the obverse of the 20th century canon of science, which held that all intelligent life ends at earth’s geostationary orbit.

The 20th century penalty for any professional, educator, journalist, or government official not towing the scientific canon that only earth harbored intelligent life was probable loss of employment, professional status, and harassment by government authorities.

The Exopolitics Model holds that we live in a highly populated universe filled with intelligent, evolving civilizations operating under universal law, with governance systems and mediated by universe politics. We on earth are just becoming aware that we live in a populated universe.

Like all models, Exopolitics provides a path for minds to go where they had not ventured before. The Exopolitics Model provides the interface between human and Extraterrestrial societies.

The Exopolitics Model is a human version of the 100 monkeys syndrome - that 100 monkeys washing their yams on one island will result in all monkeys on all islands washing their yams.

Exopolitics allows us all to internalize a truth: that we are part of a populated cosmos and that the neighbors are outreaching to us at this time.

As Thomas Kuhn (author of The Structure of Scientific Revolutions) has written, scientific revolutions come about in paradigm-shifts, in sea-changes about the way that our entire human species chooses to see its reality.

No amount of scientific data will change any single individual’s mind about humanity’s living in a populated universe, filled with diverse advanced civilizations, some of which are seeking to engage us now. Each person has to want to change her or his own mind, on the basis of available data and context.

Here is some hard, scientific evidence that the exopolitical paradigm shift is well underway.

More adult Americans (67%) believe in the existence of intelligent life on other planets than voted in the historic 2008 U.S. Presidential election (61.6% of eligible voters) of President Barack Hussein Obama in the largest voter turnout in 40 years.

I am writing you this letter in response to your recent decisions to probe deeper into anti-gravity technology and the so called "X-Files", which in all probably are hiding some amazing and beneficial technologies that I think the American people are more than ready for. In terms of the National Security Risk Factor associated with disclosing material related to the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomena, I want to point out that many of us already know the truth were just waiting for the Government to come forward and admit to it.

As an avid UFO researcher, I have come across a few things that I would really like your National Security and Intelligence team to probe deeper into:

1. NASA was ordered to hand over documents in response to a March 27, 2007 federal Court ruling by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan (Case#1:03CV02509) regarding the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Leslie Kean. NASA is hiding documents and materials that were seized from a crash site in Kecksburg, PA on December 9, 1965.

Former Area 51 employee and whistle blower Edgar Fouche says he worked on the Aurora Project for the US Military where he helped design the anti-gravity propulsion system for the TR3-b Flying Triangle which uses rotating mercury based plasma to achieve anti-gravity. The fundamental scientific principals behind this technology (anomalous effects of rotating Bose-Einstein Condensates) have been investigated by Boeings [GRASP], NASAs Advance Concepts Office, & NASAs Gravity Probe B.
