Gary McKinnon who is facing charges of hacking into US defence computer systems, is applying for a review of the proposed extradition to the US.In August 2008, Gary was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome, and was not taken into account when the decision not to prosecute him in the UK was made. We urgently need your help to have the decision to extradite him to be reconsidered in light of this diagnosis.
We need supporters to contact the Attorney General, Baroness Scotland, and call on her to reconsider the decision no to prosecute Gary in the UK.
