12:12 This beautiful formation has appeared at Wayland Smithy on this day August 12th, The number 12 is significant within this design. The revelation came when we counted the outer sections of the pattern, and realised the full significance. There is a clear and concise message here, as I’m sure it was no coincidence to turn up on the 12th August. This important formation with regard to its numerology, not only signified that this date was part of the message, but also of the overall design. On closer inspection of the design, there is a remarkable resemblance to Gothic Architecture, especially Rose Windows, seen in many cathedrals from the 13th Century throughout many parts of Europe. Rose windows utilise geometry on three levels: manifest, hidden, and symbolic. The 12 divisions throughout this Crop Circle design that are also typically found on Rose Windows all point to the finite and infinite, Earth and Heaven, or matter and spirit, and of course the 12 Disciples. Numbers had a metaphysical significance in the 13th Century, which is why they incorporated them into the Architecture at the time. The same can also be said for the Crop Circle phenomenon today as this latest Wayland Smithy design demonstrates. Are we just like the Pilgrims from centuries ago, gazing in wonder and raising subconsciously our awareness of the Divine?

New Crop Circle discovery exemplifies the number 12

On August 12, 2009, a new crop circle discovery at Wayland Smithy displays multiple meanings of the number 12. Fascination mounts as the newest crop circle appearance date and message corresponds to the number 12. In 13th century European cathedrals, the Gothic architecture of rose windows remarkably mirrors the pattern of this crop circle. The reverence of numbers and sacred geometry during this century are representative of the designs found in rose windows. Studies of these geometrical designs reveal three types of meanings: clear or the obvious, unknown or concealed and symbolic or representational.

Throughout history, the number 12 holds significance in many realms. In the Bible, there were 12 Tribes of Israel, 12 Apostles, 12 Pearly Gates, 12 Angels, 12 crops of fruit along the River of Life and 12 Precious Stones in the Foundations of the Holy City, Jerusalem. 12 is the product of 3 representing The Divinity and of 4 representing The Earth Elements of Earth, Fire, Air, Water and Seasons of Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall. Our calendar contains 12 months relating to the 12 signs of the Zodiac.

Buddhists acknowledge the 4 truths; the fourth truth is also known as the 8-fold path. Within the heart chakra, 12 deep red lotus petals surround the 6-pointed star. Greek mythology contains 12 principal divinities. The Chinese associate 12 animals with a primary energy that rule a 12-year cycle, one at a time.

As you can see, the list of relations to the number 12 is endless. Since 12 is considered the number of wholeness, perfection and government, one might wonder if the message relates to mankind’s search for meaning in this aspect. Astonishing Crop Circle Destroyed--But the Pictures are Incredible

One of the most fantastic crop formations that has ever appeared was immediately destroyed by an outraged farmer even after he was paid to allow time for scientific research. He accepted the payment, then, moments later, wrecked the formation with his tractor.

Fortunately, famed Mexican UFO researcher Jaime Maussan was in the formation and managed to take the fine close-up photos reproduced here of the delicate, three-dimensional swirls that had appeared, two of which appear in this story.

Crop circle researchers were surprised to find the formation, which was not in the field the night before.

The anger of the farmer illustrates a situation that is building in England's fields. The National Farmer's Union takes the position that all of the formations are created by vandals. They represent a costly problem for farmers, especially as they are getting larger and larger and appearing in more fields every year. While the financial loss involved for the economy is negligible, for a farmer who has one or two large formations in his crop, they can be significant.

Because the British government, and therefore the Farmer's Union and the media continue to claim that the formations are man-made, the farmers are left with the false impression that this could be controlled if only the vandals could be found.

Unfortunately for them, until there is official recognition of the reality of the mystery, the formations are likely continue to increase every year in number and complexity.

Stunning Crop Formation Virtually Ends the Debate

On Wednesday, July 14 a guest on William Henry's Revelations offered the opinion that most of the crop formations of the astonishing 2009 season were probably manmade. After the program, Whitley Strieber commented privately that what was needed was a formation so extraordinary that it ended the debate, and enabled us all to begin to address the much larger question of what they REALLY are. Between 4:00AM and 5:18AM English Summer Time on the 14th, in the famous east field near Alton Barnes, just such a formation had appeared.

At about the time that Revelations was being recorded, the formation was being photographed by Lucy Pringle. This formation is a 170 foot diameter woven structure in wheat, with bundles of wheat gently laid aside and woven under other bundles, so that the effect is that of a woven rug or piece of cloth.

It would not be possible to do this over hours or even days, and there is doubt among researchers that it could be done at all. Compared to the inept hoax circle commissioned by the National Geographic channel for an upcoming crop circle documentary, it is a true work of art.

Independence Day solar fireworks support crop circle prediction of July 7 solar storms

The sun has decided to join in the July 4 U.S. Independence Day celebrations with its own display of spectacular fireworks. A Sunspot Alert has just been issued which supports a crop circle prediction that Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) will hit the Earth on July 7, 2009. The Alert is for Sunspot 1024 which suddenly appeared on July 3 and 4. According to the Alert issued by SpaceWeather.com, Sunspot 1024 has “a dozen individual dark cores and it is crackling with B-class solar flares.” It typically takes CMEs, traveling at around a million miles per hour, three to four days to reach the Earth. So if Sunspot 1024 does generate CMEs towards the Earth, they would arrive right on the predicted date of July 7.

SUNSPOT ALERT: The most active sunspot of the year so far is emerging in the sun's southern hemisphere: movie. Sunspot 1024 has at least a dozen individual dark cores and it is crackling with B-class solar flares. The magnetic polarity of sunspot 1024 identifies it as a member of new Solar Cycle 24. Its rapid emergence on July 3rd and 4th continues the recent (few-month) trend of intensifying new-cycle activity. This sunspot is the best offering yet from the young solar cycle. Monitoring is encouraged.
