Art Bell: Let's say the government chose me. They were going to use me as an outlet to release this information. Let's just say they did that and they took me to a briefing. Then what John?
John Lear: They whisk you to Washington, DC, you get limo-ed to this building, beautiful building, you go up into this room. They say, 'Art, you're the guy and if you give us the go ahead, we are gonna release everything we know to the public. If you decide to go ahead, all major networks will be provided with information on all aspects of the cover up and no type of information will be withheld. Because of the deal for immunity for all participants of the cover up provides that nothing, no artifacts, no piece of information be withheld.'
So here's what happened, Art. We'll use some videos and stills. Our first UFO recoveries were in the late '30s. We made a couple in the beginning of the '40s and then came Roswell, which the public found out about. We got 2 live aliens from Roswell. One died shortly there after and one lived till 1956. And we found out so far there are 18 different alien species that we know about monitoring Earth. Some are good and some are hostile, most are indifferent. We found out that we are the experimental product, if you will, of an alien race who we never met and we don't know who they are. All we know is that the Greys are cybernetic organisms, glorified robots if you will, who work here at the behest of their employers monitoring us through abductions. We were never able to find out what the experiment is all about except that we have been externally corrected about 65 times. And they, the aliens, refer to us as "Containers." There's been speculation that the souls our bodies contain is the reason for the experiments. But nothing's been proven or determined.
Since 1938 we've lost over 200 aircraft due to UFO hostilities and thousands of soldiers in all kinds of different actions with aliens. Since that time several hundred thousand civilians have disappeared with no trace. Several thousand of those were eliminated by us because of their chance encounters with the aliens which we could ill afford to have publicized.
A slightly more frightening phenomena known as "human mutilations" have occurred on a regular basis and are similar to "cattle mutilations". In that the human or humans are taken from the street, so to speak, and returned to the same area about 45 minutes to an hour later with their rectums cored out, their genitals removed, eyes removed from their sockets, and completely drained of blood. In all cases it appeared that the mutilation procedures occurred while the persons were still alive and conscious. One of our scientists speculates that apparently the human specimens had to be alive for the samples to be worth anything. Abductions occur on a daily basis throughout the United States to at least 10% of the population.
When we were first made aware this we protested to the little grey being we had held in captivity at the YY-2 facility in Los Alamos, but a deal was struck that in exchange for advanced technology from the aliens we would allow them to abduct a very small number of persons and we would periodically be given a list of those persons abducted. We got something less than the technology we bargained for and found the abductions exceeded by a million fold than what we had naively agreed to.
In 1954, President Eisenhower met with a representative of another alien species at Muroc Test Center, which is now called Edwards Airforce Base. This alien suggested that they could help us get rid of the Greys but Eisenhower turned down their offer because they offered no technology.
At this point it became apparent to all involved that there was no such thing as a God, at least how the public perceives God. Certainly some form of computer recorder stores information and an occasional miracle is displayed by the aliens to influence a religious event. This so unnerved Eisenhower that he had "In God We Trust" put on paper money and coins and put in the Pledge of Allegiance to reaffirm the public belief in God. Shortly after this it was determined in meetings between the US and the Russians that the situation was serious enough that a cold war should be manufactured as a ruse to divert attention of the public away from UFOs towards some other scary threat like the H-bomb. It was also decided to keep the ruse secret from any elected or appointed officials within both the US and Russian governments as it took so long to vet these officials and the ruse was easier to manage if the top people didn't know about it.
In the late 1950's NASA was formed to compartmentalize, containerize, and sanitize information from all space platforms and vehicles. We sold NASA to the public claiming that all information would belong to them but they got very little and even that was highly sanitized.
Our first efforts were to keep the public from learning about Venus. A very similar planet to Earth and it's population is very similar to us just technologically advanced. We have learned a lot from them starting with the Russian Venera 1 and US Mariner 2, we made Venus look like a lead melting, volcanic surface, spewing sulfuric acid into a pressurized atmosphere 90 times that of Earth. And as often the case we over did it and we wondered why nobody asked how a parachute survived a descent into 800-degree air. We set up operations in Pine Gap, Australia to preclude any prying eyes figuring out what we were up to. We regularly eliminated through extreme prejudice anybody who was part of the operation and made the least little tiny threat about disclosure or dissatisfaction with the operation. Any space mission that included Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Mariner, Voyager, Clementine, and all the rest. All data initially came transmitted to Pine Gap then it was relayed to JPL or wherever after sanitizing. We had a little trouble with amateur radio operators but we figured out how they could intercept these signals but we managed to deal with that.
When the Russian threat began to fade we introduced Vietnam which kept the public occupied for over ten years. The cover up and personnel to run the operation began to get bigger and bigger and required more and more money. We were forced to inflate the defense budget, which soon not enough. Then we got into the drug business which was still not enough. We were the ones that looted the savings and loan industry and Wall Street to boot. It is so out of control now most people want immunity and want out. But there is so much secrecy and so many double and triple blinds in place that it's unlikely that this thing can ever be dismantled. And even if you give us the go ahead to spill the beans to the public it's unlikely they will get anything more than "yes, we recovered a flying saucer and yes, there was an occupant" but that's all we're gonna tell ya.
So go ahead and roll the tape for Mr. Bell. What you see here are what human mutilations look like. That one was a male about 27 years old. That one is film of dead aliens being pulled from the wreckage of a craft that crashed in Olancha, California in the '50s. That craft you see over there was over 250ft. in diameter and had to be buried on the spot. That site is in Utah near Dugway Proving Grounds. The object you're looking at now is the as the Kecksburg Acorn which was brought to Wright Patt in the middle '60s. There's Frank Drake trying to force information out of a being tied down to a stretcher. He was supposedly from Tao Ceti.
These pictures you're looking at now are structures on the Moon. That's the tower in Sinus Medii and it's over seven miles tall. And that thing over there is what we call the Colossus of Oguram(sp) in Mare Crisium. We don't know what it does but the machine itself is bigger than Brooklyn, New York. Now those are videos of the domes covering the craters. As you can see, some are in a very advanced state of decay.
These are 5 second slides of the 18 different alien species we are looking at. That one there is the most gruesome looking. The guards at one facility are carefully indoctrinated over several months being shown pictures similar to but not exactly like the alien. Only when he'd been acclimatized, so to speak, of the horrible looking beings are they allowed to stand in security positions. Before these acclimatizations were done, we had two guards die of a heart attack as the aliens came down the hallway unexpectedly.
And this last clip is of the Kennedy assassination. You've heard of the second gunman theory? Well, this is the second camera that recorded exactly what happened and we had 4 gunmen. And the bottom line was that Kennedy had to go. He insisted on releasing what little alien information we had told him about and he was trying to withdraw troops from Vietnam which we were using as a diversion for the public. After Kennedy we never told any President anything. Nixon knew because he was briefed as VP in 1952. That's how we knew where to take Jackie Gleason to Homestead Air Force Base to see the alien bodies we had in storage there.

It was claimed last night, the RAF pilots have tried to BLAST UFOs out of the sky under a top secret Government directive.
Former Ministry of Defence worker Nick Pope who had been working for them for 21 years including three years at the UFO desk, revealed the rules of engagement for the first time. He claimed that RAF pilots had fired on UFOs on several occasions, but had failed to bring them down.
He added "We know of cases where the order has been given to shoot down — with little effect to the UFO."
Nick Pope said "the Rules of engagement were drawn up after dozens of close encounters with suspect craft in British Airspace."
RAF attacks on UFOs were "not automatic but happen when something in our airspace is deemed to be a threat. The orders had been issued under the highly classified directive since the early 1980s".
He also claimed credible UFO witness statements had come from dozens of near misses with the planes, police helicopters and RAF jets in recent years.
The MoD did not comment!

Details of the British Royal Family's interest in the crop circle have been asked to be removed from Colin Andrews website. On his site he states that their interest was aroused because crop circles appeared on their land.
Colin Andrews book 'Circular Evidence' was on the Queen's Summer Reading list in 1989 and the HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh subscribed to his Circles Phenomenon Research Newsletter. Colin was also asked by The Duke to keep him up-to-date with his research.
Colin also states that the British People have been continually lied to regarding the Royal Family's interest in UFOs. Colin thinks it's about time the British Public is told the truth about this matter.

This strange rock found near Roswell by a local businessman — inscribed with what appears to be “crop circles” or some intergalactic message — has stimulated a huge amount interest, as experts probe its origins and any message it may bear. (Courtesy Photo) A strange rock with unusual magnetic properties - deeply scored, with what appears to be moon phases, a solar eclipse and the depiction of a supernova -- has been unearthed on the outskirts of Roswell. Its discovery has startled researchers, scientists and all who have examined it.
If proven to be of extraterrestrial origin, it will mark the second time in less than a century that the Roswell area has received communications from outer space.
Roswell Mayor Sam D. LaGrone, who actually saw and touched the rock over the weekend, said, "It is a very strange looking rock.... I touched it, I felt it, and I just don't see how it could have been produced."
The rock, he said, adds another element to "the strangeness of Roswell," 61 years after the purported 1947 UFO crash and alleged cover-up by military authorities.
The deep wine-red colored rock, measuring less than two inches across, and weighing about 40 grams, was unearthed in September 2004 by Roswell businessman Robert Ridge, 50 , who said he found it while deer hunting in Cedar Hill, 17 miles "as the crow flies" from the 1947 purported UFO crash site.
"I saw some fresh tracks and followed them," he said. "That's when I noticed the partially exposed rock on the side of a sand pit. But I didn't pick it up at first because I thought there were deer up ahead, and didn't want to break off the pursuit."
When he realized the tracks were just goat tracks, he headed back the way he came, picked up the rock, and put it in his pocket, he said.
After showing the rock to family and friends, he decided to keep it in a safe deposit box until last year, when curiosity to discover the truth about it got the better of him. "In July 2007, I was introduced to UFO investigators Chuck Zukowski and Debbie Ziegelmeyer, and they were astounded at what they saw," he said.
Zulkowski said the investigators where so impressed, they presented the rock to a number of experts, including prominent New Mexico anthropologists, "all of whom claimed they had never seen anything like it."
"They said there is no way this rock could have been scored or drilled in the way it was, without sophisticated modern equipment, like lasers and high speed water-fed grinders and drills," Zukowski said.
The artifact's image appears to be literally "pulled" from the surface of the red iron ore rock.
Apart from its strange appearance, Zukowski said, the rock has "peculiar" magnetic properties.
"It retains its magnetic polarity by which it will spin a compass needle and register its magnetic field on meters," he said. The oval rock will also spin, depending on the position of a magnet over the image surface, he added.
Zukowski and Ziegelmeyer said that archeologists requested that the rock be submitted for further laboratory analysis, in what they describe as phase two of their investigation.
One anthropologist reportedly described the rock as being similar to a "lodestone."
Lodestones have been mentioned in literature for centuries as having magical and mystical properties. There are ancient accounts of people reporting that when holding lodestones, their hands and body shook, and that the stones cured a wide range of illnesses, including snake bites and headaches.
Native Americans reportedly used lodestones as protection against snakes.
Meanwhile, investigators claim the artifact mirrors crop circles that appeared in Liddleton, England, in 1996, indicating a possibility the stone bears a message from space.
Priscilla Wolf, of Tijeras, a native American woman known to have "powers," visited the site were the rock was found last weekend, and said she felt a vibration in her hands when she held the rock, and that "light came down from the skies" when the rock was deposited at the site.
Although the rock was found partially exposed on the surface, Zukowski said, the sandy area in which it was found is known to erode and shift, possibly uncovering the rock.
"It appeared to have been buried at one time," said Ridge, who believes the rock represents more than just an interesting object.
"After I had it a few months, I began to think about it and began to think that it may be a beacon of some kind, or a message," he said.
"And I believe the message is that if we don't learn to get along with each other, we will be destroyed," he said.
UPDATE: An eastern new Mexico University's professor doesn't believe a mysterious rock discussed recently on a nationally syndicated radio program that features programming related to UFOs and conspiracy theories is extraterrestial. ENMU professor of geology James Constantopoulos examined what is known as the Roswell Rock Circle earlier this month at the request of rock owner Robert L. Ridge of Roswell. Flat and about the size of an egg, the rock was discovered by Ridge in 2004 near Roswell during a deer hunting trip. It is an iron-rich sandstone, according to Constantopoulos. The face of the rock features raised crescent and circular patterns that are similar to those that were found in 1994 at a crop circle in England. Some UFOlogists (persons who study and catalog UFOs) think that the stone has magnetic properties and is an extraterrestrial artifact. Constantopoulos' findings were reported in the Internet publication Earthfiles. "The rock itself is not unusual," Constantopoulos told the PNT on Tuesday. "It is a rock that can be commonly found in that area. The design on the rock is what makes it unique." There are no tool markings on the design and it does not appear that a laser was used, Constantopoulos said. "This could be the work of a skilled craftsman," Constantopoulos said. "With the right tools and amount of time someone could have made the markings on the rock. But after all that work why would you leave it in the hills?" The rock was examined by a Portales geologist in 2005, but all data from those tests were lost in a computer hard drive crash at the university.
The age of the rock could not be determined because ENMU does not house the facilities for that procedure. Further tests to determine the rock's makeup and origins were not allowed by Ridge, Constantopoulos said. "I would have to take a sample from the rock and examine it," Constantopoulos said. On his first full day as President, Barack Obama issued two Executive Orders and three Presidential Memorandum that will start an era of transparent and Open Government. The White House Office of the Press Secretary released a statement outlining the sweeping changes to be implemented by the Obama administration. In his Presidential Memorandum on Transparency and Open Government, and the Presidential Memorandum on the Freedom of Information Act, President Obama instructed
... all members of his administration to operate under principles of openness, transparency and of engaging citizens with their government. To implement these principles and make them concrete, the Memorandum on Transparency instructs three senior officials to produce an Open Government Directive within 120 days directing specific actions to implement the principles in the Memorandum. And the Memorandum on FOIA instructs the Attorney General to in that same time period issue new guidelines to the government implementing those same principles of openness and transparency in the FOIA context.
President Obama emphasized that his Administration “is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government.” He furthermore said in a press conference announcing his Memoranda:

Starting today, every agency and department should know that this administration stands on the side not of those who seek to withhold information but those who seek to make it known.
Obama’s bold initiative for Open Government reflects the influence of the Co-Chair of his Presidential transition team, John Podesta. Podesta has long been an outspoken advocate of Open Government. On September 16, 2008, he gave a speech before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution titled “Too Much Secrecy Puts Our Nation at Risk.”
Along with Leon Panetta, the new Director of the CIA, Podesta helped craft the Clinton Administration’s efforts to implement greater government openness through the passage of Executive Order 12958. Passed on April 17 1995, EO 12958 made it easier to declassify national security information that had been unnecessarily classified for decades. The Bush administration later neutralized key sections of EO 12958 thereby making it harder to declassify documents.
Less well known is that in October 22, 2002, Podesta petitioned for the release of UFO files that had been unnecessarily classified. He said: "I think it's time to open the books on questions that have remained in the dark on the question of government investigations of UFOs.”

A remarkable UFO was seen and filmed in China by an entire squadron of fire-fighters in Liu Pan Shui City in the province of Guizhou through a camera with a 700X zoom capability. One of the fire-fighters, Wang Jia Wei, noticed an odd looking, brightly flashing star moving in a south easterly direction and went inside the fire-fighters barracks to get a camera. Luckily for Wang he was able to find a Panasonic camera used by his comrades to record damage caused by fires that allowed him to zoom in on the mysterious object seven hundred times. At that point Wang could see that the object was in fact two rotating spinning top shaped crafts or halves of a whole craft joined at a their bases. They were flashing a multitude of colours: Purple, red, blue, orange, white and gold. Wang then called his eight fellow fire-fighters out and they observed the slow moving craft for almost an hour until the craft suddenly vanished. 20 minutes of footage was recorded and have been showed to Chinese reporters. The firemen approached the Liu Pan Shiu meteorological bureau two days after the sighting to seek some answers. Surprised staff members working for the bureau were shown the footage but were unable to identify what the object might be, declaring that it is indeed a UFO. There has been no suggestion that the fire-fighters faked the sighting and this not believed to be the case by any involved parties, the footage has been handed to government astrological departments for further analysis. The photo below is a verified still from the footage that our source has sent us. We believe a film should soon be available for veiwing and will post a link as soon as this occurs. The UFO corresponds to the craft often described in sightings around the word as a ‘diamond UFO’. These craft are usually seen at great heights and almost never seen on earth itself. This has lead some to believe they are highly evolved technology well beyond your ‘standard’ saucer and might be used to travel from other civilized planets rather merely used to explore planets like earth after exiting a more substantial mother ship. The incident has received wide coverage by mainstream media in China, although it has received no publicity in the west as far as we know. Hardly surprising, as this is a credible and compelling incident of the type Western Governments would rather people not know about. The Chinese Government, however, is known to take a more open minded approach to UFOs and generally regards them as fact.

Majestic 12 are also known as Majic 12, Majestic Trust, M12, MJ 12, MJ XII or Majority 12 is the purported code name of a secret committee of scientists, military leaders, and Government officials, they were supposedly formed in 1947, by an executive order of U.S. President Harry S. Truman.
This committees purpose was to investigate UFO activity in the aftermath of the Roswell Incident, the purported crash of an alien spaceship near Roswell, New Mexico, in July 1947.
The alleged committee is an important part of the UFO conspiracy theory of an ongoing government cover up of UFO information.
Gary McKinnon has been granted a delay in his long fight against being extradtioned to the US on the charges of hacking.
A judicial review of the Home Secretary's decision to ignore McKinnon's recent diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome in deciding to push ahead with his extradition has been adjourned for a month, follow a hearing this morning (Tuesday 20th January 2009). The hearing was effectively put on ice in order to allow the DPP (Director of Public Prosecutions) to consider whether or not to bring the UK prosecution, in response to a signed confession by McKinnon submitted last month.
It is expected that within a month a decision will be made by the DPP. In the meantime the oral hearing on the Home Secretary's decision has been put on hold.

Contrary to popular social belief systems which portray reality, the nature of reality is quite different and more expansive. Reality is an infinite multi-nested complex of overlapping energies, intents and purposes, within which a "dance" of consciousness and spiritual being occurs. In fact "Life on Earth" is a miniscule "grain of sand on the beach" . The "reality" picture humans are fed in terms of commercial media is both synthetic and suppressive, for the population, the planet, and all incarnated Spirit interacting on it.
How did it get this way, anyway? We examine many things on this website, including how subjective social reality perspectives are programmed into a population through cultural paradigms, how these are constructed and how they can be seen through. Yet, most of the information on the internet, in all planetary cultures and elsewhere pretends on its face as if it answers the 'big' questions. In actual fact, by definition, you can't find out the answers to the big questions, which existed before the Earth itself, with 3rd density Earth human knowledge that is provided to the mass population by any source on the planet or in this physical universe. That's a fact. What people conceptually view as 'the truth' about 'the big questions' can only come from direct observational knowledge and experience outside this 3rd density reality. However, people are left with so much absolute bullshit to muddle through that they are never satisfied, jumping from mental box to mental box, always searching for a 'better version' of their current understanding. Of course, some people don't even care, which is just fine. The internet is meant to reinforce cultural programming and re-stimulate fear and the long list of other mechanisms geared for control and management of populations by presenting a rigged paradigm in the guise of 'opposing' perspectives. Just like the other planetary media.
Well, don't hold your breath, but the British tabloid The Sun thinks there is -- and that NASA will announce it to the world Thursday.
According to a NASA media alert, a team of Mars scientists will brief the press at 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, January 15th, regarding "analysis of the Martian atmosphere that raises the possibility of life or geologic activity."
The Sun, of course, is trumpeting this rather tentative announcement as proof that NASA scientists believe "alien microbes living just below the Martian soil are responsible for a haze of methane around the Red Planet."
The more mundane truth, probably, is that NASA will announce firm evidence of the presence of methane in the Martian atmosphere and discuss its possible origins as indicated in the NASA media alert: life, or geologic activity.
(Coincidentally, Wired.com today published its list of the top 5 bets for alien life in our solar system -- the list includes Mars along with Saturn's moons Enceladus and Titan and Jupiter's moons Europa and Io.)
We've been through this drill before, of course -- remember the hullabaloo in August (partially stirred up by yours truly) over a supposed White House briefing on an impending announcement related to the potential for life on Mars? Turned out there was a discovery -- of perchlorate in Martian soil -- but NASA denounced media reports of the White House briefing as bogus.
According to the NASA media alert, those presenting the briefing -- to be carried live on NASA TV -- will be:

Tune in if you can, but don't expect an announcement of cosmic proportions.
