Gary McKinnon loses U.S. extradition appeal

LONDON (Reuters) - A Briton wanted in the United States for breaking into NASA and Pentagon networks in "the biggest military hack of all time" lost an appeal against his extradition Friday, making a U.S. trial more likely.

Gary McKinnon, 43, has fought a three-year battle to avoid extradition, including going to the European Court of Human Rights, but he appeared to have run out of options as Britain's High Court ruled against his latest appeal Friday.

The court rejected arguments by McKinnon's lawyers that extraditing McKinnon, who was recently diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism, would have disastrous consequences for his health, including possible psychosis and suicide.

Judges also dismissed his calls for a judicial review of the case. Lawyers had challenged a refusal by Britain's chief prosecutor to allow McKinnon to be tried in Britain, which would have avoided any need for extradition.

"For the reasons set out in the judgment, the claims against the secretary of state and the Department for Public Prosecutions are dismissed," Lord Justice Stanley Burnton said in the ruling, according to the Press Association.

McKinnon, whose lawyers describe him as a "UFO eccentric" who used the Internet to search for alien life, is accused of causing the U.S. Army's entire network of more than 2,000 computers in Washington to be shut down for 24 hours in what U.S. authorities called "the biggest military hack of all time."

He was arrested in 2002 after U.S. prosecutors charged him with illegally accessing computers, including systems at the Pentagon and NASA, and causing $700,000 worth of damage.

McKinnon told Reuters in 2006 that he was just a computer nerd who wanted to find out whether aliens really existed and became obsessed with trawling through large military data networks for any proof that they might be out there.

He had used his own computer with a 56K dial-up modem at his London home with no password protection and somehow managed to evade every security measure the U.S. military had adopted.

If he is convicted by a U.S. court, McKinnon could face up to 70 years in prison.

Members of the British media and family and friends have waged a lengthy campaign to try to prevent McKinnon's extradition. His mother was angry at the latest setback.

"It's a disgrace, and they should be highly embarrassed," Janis Sharp told reporters outside the court. "This is from the Bush era, it is hold-over from the Bush era."

President Barack Obama "would not want this to happen," she said.

D. Clark, at the rate of 1000 photos per day, finds UFOs 24/7. This has not only been the claim from Mr. Clark who continues to send us escalating images of unidentified flying objects but has shared with the Sacramento UFO Examiner a few techniques regarding what we call “The Clark Effect”.
We in turn have put these techniques into effect and have without a doubt revealed credibility to his claims. In addition to D. Clarks 3rd set of images which are presenting in this article we have decided to present a very small portion of the images we took from just the last few days of photographing strange objects in the skies and have accompanied the following explanation for what you will see.

1). The video collection of images were taken in segments of 6 photos per set using high speed continuous rapid fire capture at the rate of 3 photos per second. Each press on the shutter button lasts for approximately 2 seconds. We snapped a number of sets containing birds flying across
Lake Wildwood in Penn Valley, ca. to illustrate how much distance birds can travel between photo frames. As you will see the distance traveled by the birds does not seem to exceed a few feet at a time. Additionally, no matter how you zoom or pull away from the birds you can still see that
they are birds. The next set of images were shot repeating the very same process.
In the next set of photos we asked a couple of kids to join in while flapping their arms in order to display reference as to how fast each frame was taken and as you can see an object that is clearly not a bird and has seemingly covered an area across the lake, heading slightly towards our
direction, approximately ¼ mile or more in distance in only two of the frames taken which is equivalent to less then 1 second of time. The object isalso smaller in the first image and larger in the second image adding credibility to the direction traveled. Very fast, what ever it was.

2). The next set of images is limited to two shots but reveals a similar anomaly. One moment nothing other then scenery was photographed and the next moment revealed many objects that seem to stretch out in distance as we zoomed in.

3). The final images are again from the same area and time at the lake. The first image is limited to scenery and the second has an object that appears to be at the other end of the lake.

Note this. During the 15 minutes that we photographed at the lake not one conventionally know aircraft was in the area. No planes, No helicopters and no commercial airlines. It was too early for stars to be out while we were there. We had 6 witnesses to verify the conditions which we have specified.

The UFO Traffic Report for Wednesday, July 22, 2009, includes 10 selected sightings over 8 states, according to witness statements filed in the past 48 hours with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If MUFON investigates and reports back on any of these cases, I will update this page. The following reports and their headlines are unedited. You can read my selected cases by type of UFO report at the UFO Traffic Report index page.

OH, July 19, 2009 - 12 total "starlike" moving objects very high in sky, some fading/disappearing, some getting much brighter at times. MUFON Case # 18223.

Four Ohio witnesses report seeing "12 objects that appear to be moving stars from one horizon to another." The silent objects were seen fading and then illuminating again. And one common report I have been reading the past few months, as these witnesses say - "I've been watching the sky my whole life and I can now see these objects seemingly at will the last few months." It may be that our communications are simply better now - with web access - but there are many similar reports that people are reporting anomalous objects from the same location or region over time now.

OR, July 22, 2009 - A small obgect, possibly disc or oval shaped, flashing diffrent colors, moved around slightly. MUFON Case # 18228.

This Oregon witness noticed, among the stars, a "flashing object" that was bigger than a star. The witness photographed the object for 40 minutes as "it moved about the area over the building out my window." It first moved diagonally towards the ground, then moved up toward the east and eventually moved out of view.

MI, July 11, 2009 - Silver boomerang shaped one bright light a the point of bomerang light dies down and object shor though the sky. MUFON Case # 18232.

A Michigan witness grilling and having a late dinner outside noticed a light too bright to be a star and too large to be a helicopter. The witness estimates that the object was just 500 feet in the air. But then the light went out and was replaced with a dimmer green light. It then moved across the sky "extremely faster than anything I have ever seen."

MI, July 19, 2009 - Looked like very bright shooting star, then dropped straight down, got really really bright, then changed back to original direction. MUFON Case # 18231.

Four Michigan witnesses at Camp Grayling watched what they first thought was a shooting star in the sky. "The light was solid, not blinking. There was no engine noise. No sonic boom. No noise at all. The light was initially traveling along the horizon in the East sky heading North. It dropped 90 degrees, and got very bright. It appeared to be headed right for us." The object seemed to change course, but then moved back to its original course. Just a few minutes later, the object came back from the west heading east-north-east. It was just as bright, but now was moving slower. "It appeared to be wobbling slightly side to side."

CA, July 21, 2009 - UFO sighting in Julian CA - outside san diego. MUFON Case # 18233.

This report is typical of so many - the reported object looks like any other star - except that it's moving across the sky at a high rate of speed. Two witnesses in Julian watched the object for 2 to 3 minutes. They're interested in hearing from anyone else in their area who might of seen it, or if anyone is aware of UFO sightings in their area in general.

CO, July 21, 2009 - Oval shape in sky discovered in pic NW of Ft Collins. MUFON Report # 18240.

A Colorado witness out taking scenery photos northwest of Ft. Collins and just west of Belvue noticed an anomaly in the image once it was on the computer.

The photographer said he "zoomed in and noticed a black oval." He's dismissed it as being either a bird or a plane - and I'm afraid the blow-up version here may not help solve the case - but readers - voice your opinion.

CO, July 21, 2009 - Sitting at stoplight taking photos of a Fire Truck, I took four photos each from 2-7 seconds apart and the object appears in the last photo. MUFON Report # 18229.

Another case of - I took a photo and later saw this anomaly - from Louisville, Colorado, also on July 21. (Isn't there an Italian restauant there - the Blue Parrot?) This witness takes 7,000 photos in a week - out his sun roof while driving. (Kids - don't try this at home.)

MA, July 15, 2009 - Two blue lights traveling northwest along the water at Sagamore beach. Spotted from the beach at about 100 yds away over the water (perhaps 1 light +its reflection?). MUFON Report # 18238.

A Massachusetts father and son at Sagamore Beach need your help explaining two blue lights they saw that "seemed to dance on the water from right to left." There was no noise coming from the light - which they estimate at 200 yards away. They were 100 yards away from the water. They include some calculations in their report that suggest the object may have moved 346 yards in 8 seconds, which they say translates to 88 mph.

KS, July 21, 2009 - 2 objects, one Boomerang zipp upwards, massive hang glider type craft very high. MUFON Case # 18226.

Two Manhattan, Kansas, witnesses were watching a light in the sky that seemed to be getting bigger. While trying to keep that object in view, "a greenish boomerang looking light zipped extremely fast away from me" that seemed to be between 3,000 and 4,000 feet in the air. They then noticed a star that was "flickering like crazy." They described it as "a massive hang glider looking thing that looked like it was at an extremely high altitude."

IL, July 18, 2009 - looked like fire melting out of a paper bag. MUFON Case # 18220.

Several Illinois witnesses watched a "white dot" moving across the sky "that changed into a glowing bag...like a luminaire thing but with fire melting off of it." The silent object soon disappeared.

Cheney taken inside S-4 to view flying saucers & EBE bodies

Around April 1991, Dick Cheney was taken inside a secret underground facility located in a remote area in Nevada adjacent to Nellis Air Force base to view captured flying saucers and dead extraterrestrial bodies. The startling claims were made by a former security guard at the facility who in October 1991 gave his testimony on video. The guard had documents and photos supporting his claims of working on the secret facility called S-4.

The guard, Derek Hennessy, used the pseudonym Connor O’Ryan in giving his testimony in a set of interviews with Lt Col Wendelle Stevens (USAF, ret.) and his associate Gem Cox. O’Ryan/Hennessy claims he had worked for 8/9 years as a Navy SEAL and performed various covert operations. He said that 18 of these missions were assassinations sanctioned by the CIA or other agencies. During the last nine months of his military service in 1991, he worked at the remote S-4 facility which had stringent security procedures. It appeared that the isolation and security at S-4 helped assassins hide their trail after missions.

O’Ryan/Hennessy described his work on the second level of the S-4 facility. S-4 employed approximately 75 personnel on levels 1 and 2. He said he was aware of a further two levels of the facility, but was never allowed to enter levels 3 and 4. He said that approximately 12-15 personnel worked at Levels 3 & 4. His primary duty was to guard the elevators to them which required three keys, a thumbprint and a retinal scan to open.

O’Ryan/Hennessy described the hangar facilities on level two for storing the seven flying saucers retrieved from various crash sites. There were ten hangar bays in total. The facility was described as “the museum” suggesting it was designed to store advanced extraterrestrial technologies that had been superceded. He revealed how one or more of the flying saucers would be raised to the surface for a flight test. This would only occur when no Russian or other spy satellites were passing overhead. All testing would stop when satellites were detected.

He also described seven tubes with bodies of extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) typically described as Grays. A biologist would regularly check the fluids to maintain the right temperature and fluid mix to maintain the bodies. In addition to the photos he showed to two witnesses, O’Ryan/ Hennessy drew pictures in his taped interview describing the facilities.

O’Ryan/Hennessy described the day Cheney visited as around the time when the U.S. was closing military bases at the end of the Cold War. Cheney was accompanied by three other officials and escorted by two base security personnel. He said Cheney only visited the first two levels of the S-4 facility and saw both the flying saucers and the bodies of dead extraterrestrials. O’Ryan/Hennessy said:

I was on level two at the time of his visit … and I watched him go in and he went into the back building and we were called up to guard the front of the hangar areas. … He saw the bodies too – the seven little grey people.

Washington MUFON chief investigator launches new UFO study web site

Washington State Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) Chief Investigator James E. Clarkson has taken his work to the Internet - and established his own web site.

The Olympia-based investigator launched his web site earlier this month. A former police sergeant, he continues to work a fulltime job for a state agency as an investigator - and is putting the pieces together for a future that connects his UFO investigation work worldwide.

"The website is part of the plan to promote myself as a presenter in the field of Ufology," he said. "I have been in MUFON since 1986."

Clarkson keeps busy in his off hours making UFO presentations. "The Timberland Regional Library System has about two dozen branches in SW Washington. I have presented at just about every one of them, some of them several times." The UFO presentations, we hear, are their most popular evening events. He has also presented at the UFO Museum at Roswell, several local colleges, and last year at the Crash Retrieval Conference in Las Vegas.

Bizarre UFO sightings in California for July 13th 2009

As UFO sightings increase around the world the term "hot spot" has become more popular and relevant as well. The images in this article were taken by UFO enthusiasts in the small town of Penn Valley, ca. on July 13th 2009. The Sacramento UFO Examiner has presented these exclusive photos to our readers as bizarre and entertaining to say the least. We were there to observe the rapid shooting of over 280 photos taken and verified that all the images were shot from the same location at rapid intervals. The images were snapped at a time when no stars were visible to the naked eye, yet just at the right moment these images of bizarre flying objects were caught on film. The objects were there one moment and gone the next. The one image in particular that raises the hair on the back of our necks is the photo of what appears to be a fleet of something unidentified.

The human race is no doubt experiencing a climactic event of some kind as ordinary people like you continue to take photos like these. What will this event be and when? Many feel the answer is right around the corner as we do.

Are UFOs like these actually piloted craft or are they something else. As mentioned in earlier articles, we have touched on the possibility that some people either have a magnetism for UFOs or can see them when others can not.
We decided to conduct a little research on the issue. We started by contacting a few local optometrists asking them the a golden question. Are there people out there that can see objects which others can not. Though the answer varied, we feel the answer was yes. Some do see various wavelengths in light spectrums that others do not. Does that mean that they can see craft piloted by another? It may or it may not. Never the less there is something going on in our skies which seems to be increasing.
The next bit of research that we conducted was on line and found many interpretations of why some people see UFOs and some do not. Some sites explain UFOs as demonic manifestations and others believe that UFOs are a product of ones desires or possibly attributed to deep spiritual awareness. Other possibilities are those attributed to space debris, shuttles, space stations or satellites. We found that NASA has a site that you can go to right now and see just how many of these objects are being tracked in space. We certainly are not going to discredit any of these hypothesis, however, the sighting and filming of controlled objects is without a doubt on the rise and more people are becoming involved, even if they don't want to. That includes having direct contact and experience with other beings. Many of our readers who email the Sacramento UFO Examiner tell us that they want nothing to do with it and wish it to stop. It's not a game or ploy for riches or fame. Governments around the world are fully aware of what is occurring as well. We thought we would include a few supporting links from the Paradigm Research Group for you readers out there interested current political efforts to alleviate the truth embargo.

7th July 2009, Silbury Hill, Wiltshire, England. Off Duty Police Officer Encounters 3 Tall Beings

I just got off the phone with Colin Andrews whom I have known for many years.

This story he just told me is important .

EVENT U.K. 01 TOOK PLACE ON THE DATE SPECIFIED BY ALERT 10.

A very significant event has occurred within the Alert date period and also the defined location:i.e.: 7th July 2009, Silbury Hill, Wiltshire, England. Crop Circle located south west of the hill off the A4 highway.

This is the same location where on the 23 May 1994, four researchers (including one nuclear scientist) visiting a crop design in this field, witnessed intense military presence moments before they each experienced 45 minutes missing time and within a short while a further period of missing time. Each had red marks appear on their necks and had severe nose bleeds hours later. A full account is held in CPR Archive.

This is also the site of a secret military stake out which took place during the 1990 Operation Blackbird, where over these fields a large unidentified white orb was filmed by the army present.

The latest bizarre event took place yesterday morning (7th) at approximately 5.0 AM, when a Wiltshire Police Sergeant was driving in his private car towards Marlborough on the A4 highway and about to pass Silbury Hill on his left. He looked to his right and witnessed three exceptionally tall beings inspecting the new crop circle which appeared there on the 5th July. He stopped his vehicle and watched them for several minutes because they stood out as odd. Each of them were well
over six feet tall, each had blond hair and also they all were wearing one piece white suites, with hoods that had been dropped onto the back of their heads.

After a few minutes watching them, he said they were appeared to be examining the crop in the circle, he shouted at them from a distance of about 400 yards but they ignored him. As soon as he entered the field, they became aware of him and ran at an amazing speed to the south, away
from Silbury Hill. He said I recognised that I could never catch up with them they ran so exceptionally fast. He glances away for just a few seconds and looked back to find that they had completely vanished. He became very uneasy and left the scene.

The police officer also was very aware of hearing a static crackling sound in the field and around him. He said as the plants moved around, he could see the movement coincided with the level ofsound, as if the static was effecting the plants by moving them.

He also started to experience a headache in the field, which became worse as the day went onand he could not shake it off all day.

UFOs tracked across Pennsylvania on July 4 holiday

The July 4 celebrations over Pennsylvania brought thousands of people outside looking skyward, and multiple cases of UFO sightings, according to witness testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

State MUFON Director John Ventre is reporting that his teams are investigating five possibly related sightings, primarily on the eastern end of the state.

Celebration of July 4th is possibly the most popular holiday to draw people out of their homes to look skyward at the thousands of fireworks displays produced by professional groups and individuals or at family gatherings. Like the UFO reports from April Fool's Day, ufologists look more cautiously at sightings that occur on a night when the skies are filled with manmade lights designed to entertain.

Reports from nine additional states claim orange or red objects, or multiple objects, in the skies that moved in a controlled or intelligent manner.

Ventre said witnessses are being interviewed now in the following five cases.

Case # 1: At 10:30 p.m. on July 4, a witness in Hanover Township, Luzerne County, reported an orange glowing light coming toward him. The silent object made several turns in the sky before moving away. A second object was spotted followed the same path. Now armed with binoculars, a third object was seen rising in the east that quickly moved away and out of sight. A fourth object then came into view from the north. This case is under investigation by Pennsylvania MUFON's Mark Zmigrodski.

PA, July 4, 2009 - orange glowing brighter at bottom, not unlike illuminated hot air bal. Looking notheast up valley at fireworks saw light coming orange. Thought to be an airplane. heard no sound. object continued south, turned east. Next object came a few min. later [ 10? ] same path. followed by another in distance. ran in house for binoculars. sited and focused on third object. it rose in altitude east, and accelerated in speed out of site. Fourth object came over mtn. in north, heading southeast. Got good look at this as it came closer. Than object increased in altitude, and traveled southwest i'm guessing. It went up and out of site. followed a satelite and could still see that, behind slight cloud. Surmised cloud did not block view of fourth object. It looked like the shape of a hot air balloon. wind was moving toward east. It did not follow wind, nor could balloon have that much speed. REALLY COOL! Better than any fireworks! the first 3 seemed a bit yellow at times with the naked eye. An exiting thing to see, but you can't share that!

Case #2: A Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, witness who was driving home from July 4 fireworks, saw between 15 and 20 lights moving across the sky "in a loose formation from north to south." Other witnesses were pulling over to watch these lights, including a woman in a nearby car who asked what they were. This case is under investigation by Pennsylvania MUFON's John Royer.

PA, July 4, 2009 - lights in sky flying in formation We were driving home after our local fireworks display. I looked to the northeast of our vehicle and saw what looked like light rising into the air. After a little while it became obvious that they weren't rising, but moving. There were about 15-20 lights in the sky flying in a loose formation from north to south. There was a main group and a smaller group further behind of about 5 lights. Many people were pulling over to view the lights. One woman in the car next to us asked us what they were. I kept thinking that they were most likely aircraft. But they were flying low in a very loose formation with bright lights on, which seemed odd to me. It is certainly something I've never seen before. We lost sight of the lights when they continued south and were too far away to continue viewing.

Case #3: A Bucks County witness reports a sighting on July 5, at 3:40 a.m. where two craft made erratic maneuvers in the sky.
The witness said the two craft moved in formation. This case is under investigation by Pennsylvania MUFON's Greg Mazzotta.

PA, July 5, 2009 - 2 ufo fling in aradic patterns have been seeinga single object for last 10 months, directly overhead and would over time of each evening it would move, east to west, fling like someone was playing with a joystick and not making direct flight rather zig + zag, back + forth, tonite however it was joined by a 2nd craft about 10 degrees due north of original object, they together displayed the same arradic patterns, almost like signing someone on the ground. odd very odd

Case #4: A Palmyra, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, witness saw a bright orange object the size of a quarter at arm's length move across the sky. The witness said the object was "mushroom shaped" and pulsated. This case is under investigation by Pennsylvania MUFON's John Bainbridge.

PA, July 4, 2009 - bright orange object with a mushroom shaped glow coming off the top moving west to east. I was outside cleaning up after a 4th of july party. I bright orange glow went by, above it was a glowing ring. My son (age 6) said it was a "flying mushroom". My neighbors kids (age 5-8, three of them) said it was a "ballon". The object was moving roughly east to west. It went directly across the sky. I knew it was too fast for a helicopter, Not too fast for a jet though. I knew it was not anything I had ever seen before. I called it in to the local police. I was curious to see if any one else had called it in. There were a lot of fireworks in the area, many people must have been looking up. This object traveled across the sky, not up or down. It looked the size of a US Quarter. I lost sight of the object when trees blocked my view.

Case #5: Three Ellwood City, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, witnesses reported an orange light. The object would at times speed up and then slow down, getting brighter and then dimmer. One of the witnesses captured the light on video (not made available at this time.) This case is under investigation by Pennsylvania MUFON's Tracey Roy, SSD.

PA, July 4, 2009 - Orange light in sky making direction change, speed changes and hovering above Ellwood City. My wife, a family friend an I were outside of our house watching fireworks when we noticed a light in the sky and thought that it was a burning firework ember or low flying plane. We did not hear any engines so we ruled out a plane. We watched it move across the sky where it appeared to be rotating, and it would speed up and slow down. At one point it did an abrubt 45 degree turn and then continued on a rather straight line. It appeared to be getting brighter and then dimmer. It was very bright then it just dissapeard. We then noticed it coming from another direction doing the same thing. I used binoculars to view the object, and every time I got a stable view, it seemed to either change coarse or speed up and disappear. At that point my wife captured the light on video with our camcorder. In the video it went from bring close to us, to being extremely far away with in 10 seconds. It was also moving at a very steady speed, then faded in and out and was gone.

'UFO flew over my home'

A woman was left awestruck after a "UFO" flew over her house.

Grace Robinson, 50, of Wheelers Way, Little Eversden, contacted the News to ask if anyone else had seen the blindingly bright white light that flew over her home on July 2 at about 11.20pm.

Mrs Robinson said: "I have a lung condition and haven't been out of the house much recently, but I'd just stepped out into the front garden for a bit of peace and quiet when this light suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"I did think about going and grabbing my phone to get some pictures, but I didn't want to leave as I genuinely thought I was seeing a plane disaster in action.

"But it was when it went over the roof of my bungalow I realised it wasn't trailing flames in any way - it was just a bright white light silently moving across the sky, but at the speed you would expect an aircraft to move at.

"I had no idea whatsoever of what it could be and I'm really curious now.

"I know it was that time because a friend was supposed to be joining me and once I'd seen it I rang her, because I needed to tell somebody.

"I tell you, my heart sank because I honestly thought I was going to be a witness to an air disaster.

"All I could see was that it was white and the only way I can describe it was seeing something, like on a film, going through the atmosphere and burning up. There was no sound, no tail on it, nothing. I was awestruck and I never believed in UFOs but now I am not so sure."

Brian Lister, chairman of the Cambridge Astronomical Association, says he very much doubts it was a UFO.

He said: "It is possible she saw the International Space Station with light reflecting off it. It was a clear night on Thursday and it is often possible to see it and it is much brighter than the stars.

"Another possible explanation is an iridium flare from a satellite which again is all to do with light reflecting off antennae on satellites creating a very bright flash of light.

"The third possibility is an earthquake light - especially as there was an earthquake in the North Sea that night - where quartz in the ground reflects light which can range in colour from blue to orange."

Moon crater now named after Michael Jackson

The man who created the moonwalk now has a moon crater named in his honor. The Lunar Republic announced Monday that the Posidonius J crater in the Moon's Lake of Dreams (Lacus Somniorum) has been renamed Michael Joseph Jackson. The 13.5-mile-wide crater is adjacent to a 1,200-acre parcel owned by the King of Pop.

Yes, you read that right. Michael Jackson owns property on the moon. Lots of it. In fact, he was among the largest private owners of moon property, according to the lunar registry. Don't laugh, it was a good investment.

He bought the Lake of Dreams property for $27.40 per acre in 2005. Real estate in that area — which is zoned for proposed tourism (T-1), scientific industrial (S-1), operations base (O-1) and light industrial (L-1) — is now selling for 25 percent more now than it was four years ago.

U.S. to bomb moon on UFO witness John Lennon’s birthday

U.S. space agency NASA intends to bomb the moon on Oct. 9, John Lennon’s birthday. The destructive plan of NASA comes at a time when President Obama is trying to restore U.S. credibility and respect. Exopolitics expert Alfred Webre addressed the seriousness of this issue in his article “NASA moon bombing violates space law & may cause conflict with lunar ET/UFO civilizations”.

Lennon was famous throughout the world for his music and peace activism. Lesser known to many was his interest in the existence of extraterrestrial life and its visitations to earth. Lennon saw a UFO “flying saucer” outside the rooftop deck of his apartment in New York City August 23, 1974.

The late and phenomenal musical genius Michael Jackson also had a passionate interest in extraterrestrial life and a desire to someday do his famous ‘moonwalk’ on the moon. An entire chapter of Michael Luckman’s book “Alien Rock: The Rock ‘N’ Roll Extraterrestrial Connection” is dedicated to Michael Jackson. If Jackson were to be alive at the time of the moon bombing there’s no doubt it would have been greatly disturbing to him.

It’s not just Exopolitics experts like Webre, and deceased celebrity musicians that talked about extraterrestrial life. According to George Filer, during the Apollo landing, Neil Armstrong, the “first man on the moon” said, "They're here. They are right over there and look at the size of those ships. And, it is obvious they don't like us being here". Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, has been very vocal about ending the government cover-up of UFOs and extraterrestrial civilizations.

The moon bombing would result in a five-mile wide crater that could engulf most of Washington, D.C. ‘As you sow, so shall you reap’. If nothing else, maybe NASA will dig their own grave on the moon. Then their free reign and squandering of taxpayer money amidst allegations of fraud and waste will come to an end far away from intelligent, civilized society.

As more comes to light about the moon bombing, more questions arise as to the true purpose of such a destructive act. Some ask if the U.S. is declaring war on extraterrestrials to provoke a pre-emptive attack that will bolster sales in the global weapons industry. Or maybe the idea is about the U.S. going to ridiculous and expensive extremes to cover-up evidence that extraterrestrial intelligent life has been on the moon and has visited earth. Others suggest that illiegal secret projects related to extraterrestrial civilizations use up a big chunk of the estimated “$2.3 trillion in expenditures that can’t be accounted for” as previously mentioned by former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

Time will tell but hopefully NASA will come to its senses before it's too late. The grassroots Denver ballot initiative to create and Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission is attempting to address issues like this from a local perspective but will not be on the ballot for a vote before the moon bombing.

Independence Day solar fireworks support crop circle prediction of July 7 solar storms

The sun has decided to join in the July 4 U.S. Independence Day celebrations with its own display of spectacular fireworks. A Sunspot Alert has just been issued which supports a crop circle prediction that Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) will hit the Earth on July 7, 2009. The Alert is for Sunspot 1024 which suddenly appeared on July 3 and 4. According to the Alert issued by SpaceWeather.com, Sunspot 1024 has “a dozen individual dark cores and it is crackling with B-class solar flares.” It typically takes CMEs, traveling at around a million miles per hour, three to four days to reach the Earth. So if Sunspot 1024 does generate CMEs towards the Earth, they would arrive right on the predicted date of July 7.

SUNSPOT ALERT: The most active sunspot of the year so far is emerging in the sun's southern hemisphere: movie. Sunspot 1024 has at least a dozen individual dark cores and it is crackling with B-class solar flares. The magnetic polarity of sunspot 1024 identifies it as a member of new Solar Cycle 24. Its rapid emergence on July 3rd and 4th continues the recent (few-month) trend of intensifying new-cycle activity. This sunspot is the best offering yet from the young solar cycle. Monitoring is encouraged.

But Denna Smith, a writer in the U.S., says she knows what she saw.

She believes that the circle she caught on camera floating in the sky above the Kings Dominion theme park in Virginia is a space ship.

Officials at the park insisted the ring was simply smoke from the nearby Volcano ride.

But Ms Smith was not buying it.

The ring is well-formed and is not smoky, she pointed out. 'We were like what is that, we were all stopped and we were astonished.'

Ms Smith posted her video on YouTube, where it has received nearly 300,000 hits in one week. American cable news channel CNN also picked up the story.

UFO investigator Cameron Pack said Ms Smith's story has a ring of truth.

Her video is similar to two other recorded incidents, he said - one from Florida in 1999, and one from Fort Belvoir, also in Virginia, in the 1950s.

As many people know, crop circles have been on the rise as if to cram an important message down our throat before time runs out. A series of wake up calls so to speak. Below is the newest of crop circles reported on June 24th and is still being deciphered as to its meaning. If you you have been following the UFO crop circle phenomena closely than you know that the human race has been receiving extraordinary messages as to our possible fate or even giving us clues as to the way out of the mess we are in. If any our readers have not yet heard of Alan Foster, one of the worlds foremost crop circle experts, we urge you to investigate and hear the what he and others like him have uncovered regarding the messages for the human race. Alan Foster logically explains the difference between fake and real crop circles giving us more than the possibility that they are as real as the air we breathe and not man made.

We have included the video of Alan Fosters presentation that occured at the International UFO congress in February of 2009 at the bottom of the article. We had the great pleasure of talking with Alan Foster as we prepared him for a sound check prior to his talk. Alan seems to be a very intellectual individual. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

History of UFO sightings for June 25th over the years

We have also included in todays article a history for June 25th of UFO sightings that have occurred throughout the years. Just an FYI. Every day has contains a UFO sighting or report that has happened in past years, “every day”.

1943 - The USAAF First Air Division was flying over the Elbe Estuary in Germany on this day when they saw twelve flat objects, approximately six-feet square, fall like dead leaves. No "flack" or other explosions were noted at the time. (Source: Jan Aldrich, Project 1947 website).
1952 - At 20:23 p.m. over Suwon, Korea a silver coin-shaped object was seen spinning in a counterclockwise direction. The edges of the disc were dark blue, with its diameter seven times larger than its thickness. It changed course, paused, then rose vertically straight up. A bright yellow-white egg-shaped light flew at a slightly higher elevation than the planet Venus over Chicago, Illinois. Occasionally had a red tail light visible. 1954 - A 40-foot diameter disc with a cone-shaped top was sighted by a private pilot over Indian Lake, Ohio at 4:05 p.m. Jets were seen pursuing the object. 1957 - Baltimore, Maryland: "Car radio stopped playing and street lights went out as formation of seven white discs with red rims passed overhead." (Source: Mark Rodeghier, UFO Reports Involving Vehicle Interference, case 42, citing Richard H. Hall, The UFO Evidence (Volume I)).
1962 - In Kurrajong, New South Wales, Australia a glowing red object of great size and speed was seen as it flew over. (Source: Michael Hervey, UFOs over the Southern Hemisphere, p. 87).
1964 - In Spring Valley, Nevada a spinning top-shaped UFO w pyramidal sides and a two-foot long pedestal was seen resting on the ground. It was about the size of a Jeep and was a "shiny plastic" color. It rose ten feet off the ground, then landed again. Took off and flew in a horizontal direction. Spring Valley, Nevada - 1964

1967 - Dogs howled when a UFO flew ten to twenty feet off the ground, making a low-pitched, droning noise, three miles north of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As police approached the object the light went out and the dogs stopped barking. The two principal witnesses could hear voices coming from the UFO, talking in a high-pitched, incomprehensible "gibberish" at 2:05 a.m. (Sources: David F. Webb and Ted Bloecher, HUMCAT: Catalogue of Humanoid Reports, case 1967-50; George Cook, NICAP investigation files).
1967 - On this night in Bethel, Connecticut six teenagers were sleeping out in the backyard of a home when they saw a bright light. They drove to Sunset Hill to get a better view and saw it was a domed disc with red and green flashing lights around the dome. Their car radio experienced interference when the object was in view. Several weeks later, some members of the group found an area of grass matted down where the object had hovered close to the ground. 1967 - At 10:30 p.m. Robert Luca was driving from Durham, Connecticut to Hamnonassett Beach when he saw two large, cigar-shaped objects in the sky. From one of them came two smaller objects; one flew to the east, the other to the west. One of the discs came towards him, descending in falling leaf motion behind some trees about 1/4 mile away. It was dull metallic in color. The next thing he remembered was arriving at the beach shortly before two a.m., with no memory of the intervening three hours. Under hypnosis in 1977, Luca remembered being nude in a room with a white floor, lighted by indirect blue white light. In a later session, he remembered being on a table in this room, with two "persons" at his head and feet. The entities had large baldheads, no noses and "tapered" faces. (Sources: David F. 1971 - A brilliant flash of light followed by a gust of wind were seen and felt in Stewart, Minnesota at 12:30 a.m. Ducks in the area were frantic. Two 8-meter wide crop circles were discovered in a cornfield. (Source: Coral E. Lorenzen, Encounters with UFO Occupants, p. 20).
1972 - At 12:50 p.m. small dark object ascended from the ground and joined a large, delta-shaped object overhead in Melville, Western Australia. Later that day a group of meteorology professors saw a wingless cigar-shaped UFO fly toward the east over Verona, Italy for 20 minutes beginning at 6:00 p.m. A 25-meter circular hole in the ground was found later. (Sources: APRO Bulletin, July-August 1972, p. 8; Lumieres dans la Nuit, issue no. 121).
1974 - A dog began barking at 1:15 a.m. when a domed disc-shaped UFO with red and white lights on top and an orange-lit rim with oval white lights landed in St-Cyrille-de-Wendover, Quebec. Three rings were found at the site, 19 feet in diameter with a 2-foot width. The grass inside the rings did not appear to be disturbed. 1976 - A woman and two teenage girls were driving on interstate highway I-680 in Pleasanton, California when they saw an eighty-foot long, 40-foot wide ellipsoidal object. It had a revoling bottom section with red and white panels of light. It was self-luminous, and kept pace with the car, flew over, then flew away over some houses. Pleasanton, California - 1976

1978 - At an evening baseball game in Medway, Massachusetts around 8 p.m. a silvery-gray domed disc came down low over the field and hovered, bobbed, wobbled, and moved behind some trees. It re-emerged, wobbled and hovered again for about a minute. Its distance was about 200-300 feet from the by-standers. (Richard Hall, MUFON UFO Journal, December 1978, pg. 16).
1984 - A bright circle trailing a red tail and flashing a beam of light from its circumference was seen hovering over Blairgowrie in the Orkney Islands, Scotland. A V-shaped object was seen to leave and return to the circular object several times. After awhile both objects faded away. 1993 - At 8:50 p.m. a private pilot at his home in Rognes, France sighted a black disc-shaped object flying quickly from the north to south at 3,000 feet altitude. He reported it to the police and Air Traffic Control. (Source: Phenomena magazine, issue no. 16).
1995 - A very shiny silvery egg-shaped object was seen in the northern sky from Batesburg, South Carolina at 7:00 p.m. The witness claimed to be very familiar with military aircraft and this was not that. At 7:30 p.m. a dark object flew over Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. It had flailing appendages, and moved slowly. It may have paced the witness.
